TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before we actually book your reservation, we do ask for a $100 PayPal good faith deposit, fully refundable if we are unable to book for any reason.

Please note that once your reservation is confirmed balance is due at that time.
Should a legitimate hardship arise before check-in, we will work with you to help re-rent your reservation however there are no refunds. All transactions are final.

We accept and prefer PayPal (+3% PP surcharge applies unless you chose Friend's & Family for the transfer, in which case there is no surcharge)
