Im 5'2.5" - doc said to get to 130
What are you guys striving for?
I like your doctor. I am 5'4.5" and my doctor told me that I need to be between 125 and 130. He is definitely a health fanatic! He runs everyday and is a vegetarian. Since I am at 149 I have at least 19 pound to lose. But at the rate that I am going, it will take me a year to get there!

I am 5'4" and when I got ready to set my goal weight with WW leader, I set it on the high end of what they suggested and that was 140. I am hoping to eventually go lower than that.
I have a dr. appt in a week and I am going to ask him what he recommends.
Also, don't worry about how long it takes you to lose the weight, what matters is if you keep it off. If you lose it fast and within a few months it's back, that's done you no good. I am losing very slowly, but have to remember that it's not just a diet and losing weight, but a lifestyle change that I want to be able to live with forever.
I'm also 5'4" and would like to get to 140 BUT I have been 150 before and was able to fit into size 8-10 and felt very comfortable at that weight. I haven't set a goal weight for myself because I plan to just get to a size I feel comfortable with. For me, it's more about they way clothes fit and look on me and not so much the numbers.
I'm a bit taller but I was always told that if you're 5'0 figure 100 pounds- add 5 pounds for every inch you are over that.
Now that you've got that figure- they say it's reasonable/healthy for someone to be 10% over this figure- so if you're 5'2 add 11 pounds to get 121- that would give you a good range. I'm almost 5'8 so I shoot for 140 but if I'm between 140 and 154 I'm feeling good.

Funny how weighing a lot can put things into a different perspective! I would die if I could weigh 200 lbs. I'd just be so happy! But, I think my ultimate goal will be under 150. I really don't have my eye set on a definite number. Just what I feel really good at.
I am currently 163 lbs. Way to large for my frame. I am 5.4 1/2 also.
I want to weigh 130. Before children I weighed 110. That is way too small in my opinion. My inlaws always thought I was anorexic.
Hopefully, I can get my eating under control and keep my thyroid in check. That way I will be able to lose the weight.

I'm 5'4".5 (small boned) and I should be between 115-120. I'm 131 now. I hope to reach my goal by the end of the summer.
I'm 5'6". When I was in the military I weighed 140 and looked and felt great. Like karebear1, I'll probably cry from joy once I reach 199, but ultimately I'd like to weigh between 140-150.
I'm about your height, Barb. 125 was a good weight for me in my youth. I imagine I will aim for 130 now, though.
I am 5' 2" and from past experience 121 is perfect! No way would 110 look good and I would have big time problems finding clothes. So 121 is my goal.
I cannot wait!
It is funny, I have been looking up my weight range on various Internet sites and in various publications that I have and it amazes me how different the weight ranges are. I am 5'5" tall and have a large frame, one place says a good range for me is 137-155, another says 120-144, and yet another says 112-150, so I guess my question is who do I believe???
Based on my previous weights, I look really, really good at 135, which on my large frame is a nice size 10-12. I am striving for 155 and if I reach that weight and I am not comfortable with myself then I will proceed downward, if not I will maintain 155. I have lost 36# to date and have 27 more to go until my pesonal goal.
I am 5'4" (medium frame) and weigh about 139 (last check at doctors last week). My ultimate goal is 122. This is where I feel good!! I would love to be there for my July WDW trip but will be very happy with 130 if not at my ultimate goal......
I'm 5'0". I'll be happy to reach 125. I've got 16 more pounds to go and want to reach it by Dec.
I'm 5'4.5" and currently my goal is 150. That is top end for WW (height rounded up to 5'5") where I can become a lifetime member. I want to get there first & then I'll decide if I want to lose more.
IGTD, we are exactly the same height! (medium frame) I am striving for 125-130, BUT, at one time, I was 140, and looking back, that was a good weight for me. I actually was heavier than I looked. I once went to the doctor and when the nurse weighed me, she couldn't believe it...she said I looked more like I was 125, must be heavy bones or something!
I'm 5'3" and want to be 124 pounds. I've got 3 pounds to go.
I'm 5'2" and my goal is 120, maybe 115.
I look & feel my best at around 110-115 lbs. (I'm 5' 3''). When I first met my DH I was 102 lbs. and a size 4 now 16 years and three children later I'm at 143 lbs. and a size 14/16. I just started the Atkins diet again after falling off the wagon in Feb. of this year. I had lost 16 lbs. but regained 10 back. This time I'm sticking with it ! I feel so much better when I'm on Atkins !
