I plan to call and see if I can change mine to the new castle. I'll let you know what I find out.

Just got off the phone with the Disney Visa card rep. The choices for the new cards are available to us but won't be available until at next month. There is a delay BUT we do have the option to request a new design on the card - just not now.

I plan to call next month and switch over to the castle. I can't wait.

I just called to ask if I could get the new castle cards and was told we can get them. They have two different ones, but both have the same design with the castle on it. The difference is one says Day 1 and the other doesn't. My account number is staying the same and I should have the new cards in about 5 days.

ETA - I just saw the post above mine. That's odd. She put me on hold to check and came back and told me I can have them now and confirmed all my info. Guess I'll see in about a week if I get the new ones or if I have to call again.

Oh, I just got back from DL 4 weeks ago! I wish I could take advantage of some of these offers. I will definitely call about the card though. Thanks for posting this!

FYI - Disney Hot Mama - Call back today, talk to another REP and get your CARD!!!!!!!!

The guy put me on hold for a minute came back and said cards are on the way... CASTLE Blue Card!!!!

Why can't all reps have the same info??? I just called to order a new Castle card and the rep said they were not coming out until next month. I questioned this and she put me on hold...only to come back and say that they would not be released until next month and I should call back on 6/1. Ugh!

I called the automated number on the CB board and requested the HCOE/castle card! I know I won't be able to use it at DL but at least my new card will look pretty!

She said 5-7 business days and I will have it.

You can request any of the five designs...I called the customer service number on the back of my card...they said I'd have my new cards in about 5 days...also, one of the websites said there would be WDW offers announced this summer...

Use the number (1-800-300-8575) on the back of your card to get the new one.

I just called them to see if all of the cards were available and they are.
