I am trying to plan my HS day and wondering how long I should expect an early (4:55pm) dinner reservation to take at 50's Prime Time, assuming a busy day at the park (aren't they all?) and a table of 4 who will know what they want to order right away.

I’ve always had to wait at least a few minutes for my table after check in (party of 2) but knowing what I was ordering had me out in under 45 all things considered last August. I was shocked how quickly the food came (Gouda pork chop and milkshake) and it was also very tasty.

Allow 5 minutes from the time you check in until you are seated. Get there at 4:30 and you might be able to be seated by your res time.

Tell the server you are in a hurry and are ready to order immediately and they will accommodate you. I'd say you should be out of there by 5:50 if you eat fast.

My advice would be to slow it down a bit and plan on getting out of there between 6:15 and 6:30

Plan for 90 minutes from check in. 5 pm not considered early mote like start of prime dining hours. We have always had to wait to be seated usually around 15 minutes. If you get less that’s a win. Usually you won’t get seated before your time not given crowds lately. Don’t rush the meal as the atmosphere and waiter interaction is part of the fun there. It’s not a rush in woof it down and leave type of experience. Enjoy it.

i would expect 90 minutes from checkin.
I agree with not rushing the meal. If you are in a hurry, I wouldn't spend the money on a TS restaurant.
