Yes Dana was Wonderful! Yep our first Disney Cruise...Of course we are Disney World Experts (we live in Tampa) so we decided to go on the cruise. I have the new passporter pre-ordered. Now I am going to book our 2006 cruise also.

We just booked the 9-24-05 Magic last month with Dana also! She is wonderful! She is so professional and always got back with me so quickly (plus she's just plain NICE). I don't know anything about your room number, but it seems good to me. By the way, there is a thread started for our cruise in the cruise meets section of this board. It's called "Sept 24 2005 Enter and Sign In Please". There are several of us there already!

Not sure which ship you are on, but we stayed in this room on The Wonder. Loved the location, quiet passenger wise, but we did notice the sound of running water constantly from the bathroom exterior wall. I thought it was our neighbors running bath water real hard, but found out there is some sort of water line in the walls. We just kept the bathroom door closed to block it out. Enjoy your cruise........

Quiltstitcher, that is AWESOME! I am glad that you got a great deal! I think part of the fun of booking my cruises is Dana! LOL She just gets me soo pepped up to go go go!!! I told her that I wished she booked all travel! LOL

kwork11... Do you mind sharing how much you are paying for your room?

I've got similar rooms on hold located just on the other side of the elevator (5506/5508/5510/5512) on the 7 day December 31st cruise. We've been quoted $2053/person double occupancy/$1753/person triple occupancy and $1703/person quad occupancy. These prices include taxes and are thru my local TA. DU was a few hundred $$ higher.

Just wondering if the prices for New Year's are similar to other times of the year.

My husband, 10 year old son, 2 year old daughter and I are paying $3385...for the trip...gosh i hope that is good...i really don't know that much about pricing but Dana was the best out of about 7 quotes I got. Dreams unlimited was about the same but I don't like that you can't talk to anyone. thanks keri

Sounds like you have a pretty good deal. Your 2 yr.old would be free and you would get a bit of a discount for any child under 12 yrs. old.

In one of our rooms, with two adults and a 9 yr. old, we are paying $5259 for the New Year's cruise, which I know is high season rates. You are $2000 lower for your September cruise! I am jealous of your good deal, but we are set on going away for the New Year's cruise as we have older children (9, 13 and 16) and they don't have to be back at school until January 9th.
