500+ BWV Points for Rent or Transfer @ $19pp - Mix of 2025 & 2026 UY Points

I'm a renter with 20-years of experience. I usually rent to the same families every year which is why I haven't posted since 2021. I'm only posting this year because I'm doing a DCL Cruise instead of WDW next year. I can provide references if requested.

I'm happy to help novice renters / transfer requests, so don't be afraid to message me. For Rentals, PM me with your desired Resort choice(s), Room Type(s), View(s), and Arrival / Departure Dates, and I'll respond within 24-hours with availability.

Point Availability as follows:

• 427 BWV Points - Mix of June 2025 & 2026 Use Years - Available for RENT or TRANSFER - Travel must occur before May 31st, 2027.
• 329 BWV Points - Mix of August 2025 & 2026 Use Years - Available for RENT or TRANSFER - Travel must occur before July 31st, 2027.
• 145 BWV Points - August 2025 Use Year - Available for RENT or TRANSFER - Travel must occur before July 31st, 2026.

Rental Process

1. Booking will be made for you. No deposit is required.
2. I will confirm with you all the pertinent details.
3. I will forward the confirmation from DVC when I receive it.
4. Payment is expected within 30 days of YOUR receipt of the DVC booking confirmation.
5. I provide you with my contact information in the event you need to reach me quickly.

Terms

• Transfers require payment in full before transfer.
• Rental payment in full is expected 30-days after booking, or 35 days prior to travel, whichever occurs first.
• Payment total is NET to me. PayPal has an option when paying from a PayPal balance or from a Bank Account that doesn't incur fees to me. If a renter chooses other options, then the renter is responsible for fees I incur.
• Once payment is made, points are yours to do with as you please. Although I will be more than happy to help you make changes as required (within DVC rules), unfortunately, I don't offer refunds.
• Travel MUST occur within the UY rules of the points (or Banked), or they will be forfeited.

Final Note. I believe in dealing openly and honestly with people. Renting DVC points is an activity that requires trust between the parties. For new renters, please review the FAQs to ensure this is right for you.

- 29+ BWV Points - August 2025 Use Year - Available for RENT or TRANSFER - I'm also willing to combine with my 2026 allocation if someone wants to do travel after August 1, 2026.
