Hi, I need a 1BR at BRV for May 15th - May 18th 2018 (checking out on the 19th). I have a reservation for the 12th - 14th currently under my points that I had left. I would also be open to a transfer, but I think you had said prior that you've used your transfer already.

Quick question, if I get a reservation through you rather than a point transfer from someone else, can the reservations still be combined on MDE for visibility purposes and to prevent having to change rooms mid trip?

These points are unable to be transferred. These are also Boardwalk points.

The rules are pretty simple - if you have multiple reservations for your stay - Disney could ask that you switch rooms. It doesn't matter who makes the two reservations. You'll tie the two reservations together to let Disney know they are part of a longer stay but there is NO guarantee they will keep you in the same room. The ONLY way to guarantee the same room - is a single reservation and in your case it would need a point transfer with the same resort points you currently have. If you own at BRV then you look for someone with BRV points. I hope this helps explain things a bit. You can always call dvc member services and they'll happily explain all this stuff.

Hi, we’re looking at standard studio October 7th check in and check out October 12 or 13 at BWV. Would you rent us 50 or 64 points? I know you said you only wanted high point offers but I had to check. I also know the 11 month window hasn’t been reached yet but I wanted something in place when it opens up. Thanks.
