I was on the laughing place website looking at Disney t-shirts and their price was $50 for the most basic of t-shirts! What is up with that? They had them on sale for about $35, but still...

How much are t-shirts if you buy them at Disney? If someone has been there recently will you please let me know? I thought it would be around $25 at the parks, but I haven't been there for 12 years so what do I know? :upsidedow

TIA :flower1:

I think the most we paid for a tshirt at Disney 2 years ago was $25, but that was for a kids tshirt.

If I find something I like on Laughing Place, I send Disney mail order an email.
They send me back the price (which is usually cheaper), the sku number and I call Disney and order it.

Or...while we are there we go to the outlet store before we do any shopping in the parks. We found a plain blue tshirt for my son with a stitched Pluto up near where a pocket would be.
He liked it because it was not so obvious a Disney shirt. It cost $4.99

Most are $20-$25. If you go offsite to one of the outlets, then you can find them for under $10.

Laughing Place is such a ripoff. People that use them aren't aware that WDW will ship things right to you (and the shipping charges aren't that bad).

dive to the wal-mart in kissemme on your way you will see all kinds of places the sell them along with flee market's we went last year and did this we took a half day and just went around town found a lot of great deals

just don't buy from the first place and it seem's the further you drive the cheaper the prices get

it only takes about 15 to 20 min's to get to wally world but well worth the trip for the price they have a big area just on disney in the store

When i went in septemper of 2006 i got a Pirates of the Caribbeanpirate: sweat shirt on sale(:woohoo:) for $35 but it was $50 before:scared1: .

I LOVE:love: Disney but it can be very very very expensive:headache:

In July '07, I bought my Disney T-shirts at Wal Mart. The most expensive one we bought cost $9.99 - DD just had to have the shirt with all sorts of glitter and sequins!

Last year I bought matching Incredibles T shirts for our whole family for $1.99 each at the Disney store. This year I splurged and got matching shirts for $4.99.

I wish I bought more because at least 5 people came up to me and asked where I got the Incredibles shirts. Could have made a good start on my next trip at $20 a piece. :rotfl2:

I thought Laughing Place was supposed to be a good deal. Glad I know better now. :thanks:

I'm wondering if my DH will let me leave the parks long enough to go to Walmart. He's already having trouble with eating at some of the resorts. "But there are perfectly good restaurants in the park...!"

The last two t-shirts I bought at the Disney Store were on sale for $4.99!

I didn't realize the Disney Store would have such good sales. There is one here in town, but we never go. I thought all their stuff was for kids. :confused3 I'll have to make a trip over there, and maybe I'll take your advice, PrincessDadx2!

:offtopic: but I have to ask: why are all the smilies suddenly running around, laughing and acting silly? They have always been motionless before and now suddenly  My DH said we must have a good dial up connection for once, but I'm wondering if it has something to do with the # of my posts?

Thanks to all. :cheer2:
