$50 Onboard Credit?

When we went on our first cruise we got a onboard credit. I orgot how I did this, can Anyone help me?

Not sure when you did it, but 4 years ago we got a $50 onboard credit for being a Disney Club member. That is no longer possible.

There are other credits around, one of them being for first time cruises but you wouldn't qualify for that as you've already been on a cruise.

If it was your first time sailing with DCL it was probably the "First Time DCL Cruiser" onboard credit. As the name implies, this is only available to first time cruisers. In fact, I'm not even sure if they offer it anymore at all.

If you have a Disney Visa and pay the entire cruise with it then you can get an onboard credit that ranges from $50 to $100.

My sister-in-laws family will be going with us and this is their first time so they can use it. Is there anything I could use to get a onboard credit?

Well, aside from the Disney Visa offer I really don't know of anything else offhand.

I know that AAA if offering some onboard credits now. I think $75-$150. But, you have to either book or transfer your reservation to them and, of course, be a member.

Some other TAs also offer onboard credits but you would have to consider what it would cost to book with them.

The code for first time cruisers is CTC. I believe you have to be cruising by 12/31/04 to get the credit. Call your TA or DCL to have the credit applied. I had the $50 applied to all 3 rooms for a total of $150! I booked thru DU & they took care of it for me. Good Luck! Kathy

CTC worked for me......$25 for 3-4 day cruises and $50 for 7 day crusies.

I booked my cruise directly with DCL, so I had no problem to get my $25.00 Credit.

I think in order to get the credit you have to sail by then end of the year.

Remember...if it doesn't work the first time...try another rep.
