Kellydelly, I haven't used these but have used similar in the past. I thik it means that you have to spend a minimum of $35 on food for them to accept your coupon; they will deduct the value of the coupon off your bill once you have met the minimum purchase requirement, which in this case is $35. So if you spend $50 in the restaurant, they will deduct $25 from your bill...if you spend $35, they will deduct $25from your bill...but if you spend $34, you can't use the coupon as it requires a minimum $35 purchase. Don't forget that you spent $10 for the certificate in the first place when figuring how much you actually "save", so best-case scenario is that you end up spending $20 for a meal, more as your bill goes up...you really end up saving $15 off the total of your bill, provided you spend over $35.
