Ok, so after all the excitement of opening day we have the 2 June 5 night Dream double dip at CC booked for an Ocean view room. It is myself, DW, DD6, and DD4 (at time of sailing). We have sailed twice before (once on the Fantasy 7 night WC just myself and DW, and once on a 7 night Wonder sailing out of Galveston). With our kids being so young we kind of like the ocean view rooms instead of a balcony so that helps a little on price. I am looking at prices and am trying to decide whether to keep the 5 night on the Dream (which would be a new ship to us), or to swap from the summer sailing to a Spring Break sailing (for us) on the Wonder B2B. We can do the 3&4 night Wonder sailings B2B for about $250 less (with one OBB) than the 5 night on the Dream. We would still get 2 days at CC, with fewer passengers each day since we'd be on a classic ship. We would still get 2 sea days instead of 1 since the 3 night doesn't stop at Nassau, only CC. We would get 2 firework nights, I assume. We would also get the Wonder shortly after her dry dock, and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't she getting a new show (aren't they retiring Toy Story?) Help me understand why we should, or would, keep the Dream 5 night instead of 2 extra days for less $$$?

And I can get the same room for both legs of the B2B, so we could only unpack once!

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

No brainer, do the Wonder back to back. And the new show is Frozen to replace Toy Story.

Well, that puts me in a bind. I typically don't care for short B2B cruises (don't care for the immediate repeat of menus/shows), but prefer longer cruises, so 7 nights is better than 5.

For me, I'd probably bite the bullet and do the B2B. A few reasons: new show, smaller ship (equals fewer people on Castaway Cay); lower cost.

Well, I talked my wife into swapping to the Wonder b2b. She did prefer a summer cruise to the spring break cruise especially since we'll be coming back on Sunday and she'll be back to work on Monday, but extra time on the sip for less $$$ is nice as well! I only wish we could get the time off work for a TA. Those seem to be the best bang for your buck!

Just sent our TA the message to change our sailing. I think it will be good to have the extra time on the ship and the extra sea day, even with the swap out day. I wonder if our servers from November 2015 will still be on the Wonder by next March for this sailing. We loved our serving team of Noel and Yoshimi. Our girls adored them and they did an outstanding job! I am sure as we get closer I will have questions as this will be our first B2B.
