5 days left, I'm starting to panic. What shoes should we bring?

Our luggage is going to be soooo packed full. So I plan on everyone wearing a pair of shoes and packing one extra. But now I can't decide what combination of shoes to bring? Do we bring tennis shoes, Lands end water shoes (which are like tennies but have mesh on the sides) or crocs. What 2 pairs should we bring?

You should be bringing the two pair that feel the most comfortable on your feet. That's the most important consideration since you'll be spending a lot of time walking/standing while you are there. Go for comfort.:teacher:

I completely agree - it might be different for each person. My recommendation would be to take fewer clothes, and about three pairs of shoes per person. You can always do laundry and wash your clothes, but you'll be so sorry if you don't end up with comfortable shoes for each traveler! It's very different wearing shoes "around town" for a few hours, versus for 10 to 12 hours per day at WDW. What you think are comfortable, sometimes aren't!

My story: about three trips ago, I brought shoes that I thought were well broken-in. Well, they caused a bad blister on my little toe the first day. I'm so glad I had two other shoe alternatives -- I was very surprised to find out that my flip-flops were the best option that trip.
