Anyone know which rental vehicle will fit all of that?

I'm looking at the 8 passanger SUV but not sure if I can fit the "stuff" with the people.

My other thoughts are two vehicles or a 12 passanger van.

We'll be driving from the swan to cape canaveral and then from cape canaveral back to MCO.

I'm mostly concerned that cape canaveral won't have the 12 passanger van when we arrive.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I don't think there is an SUV big enough for all that. I drive a chevrolet Suburban SUV supposedly the biggest made and it don't think I could get that in there. If you could lose the wheelchair you would might have a chance, but I am not sure of your family situation. You can fit 2 adults and one child in the front seat if there is no middle console or two adults in the front seat, three in the middle and three in the back. Here is one idea if you need the wheelchair. I have not done this before with wheelchairs, but have with luggage.

The second set of seats on the passengers side, that one seat folds down to let passengers into the third seat. You could possible fold that seat down to let three in the rear seats, load the two passengers in from the left side and put the wheelchair on the platform that is created when the right seat is folded down to admit passengers. I have a 2004 vehicle and the seat might not work the same way in the later models.

Sounds like you might need the 12 passenger or go with 2 vehicles

I know that sometimes the insurance waivers from the credit card companies will not cover the 12 passanger vehicle class so please make sure you check policies etc.

Thank you for the very helpful replies.
I think I'll price out the two vehicles VS Disney transportation.

thanks again.
