We passed ROFR on a SSR resale contract this week. We are currently waiting to receive the closing docs. We want to plan our first trip during the first week of Dec. Looking for some feedback if it will be difficult to book a studio at SSR that week?

You should be able to get it. It's a popular time but SSR is usually the last to go because of the size.

At least I am not alone in trying to book ASAP lol. We rcvd our closing docs on Friday. Just waiting to close. Can't wait. Good luck to you, from what I am hearing SSR is the last resort to fill up.
