We had a wonderful time, I only wish that yesterday had not been so cold. However, I only have to remind myself, that I could have been at home, Cold AND bored!

I took a lot of pictures, but I have not uploaded them into the PC yet. The kids had a great time. We stayed at HRH for 2 nights, and we had done both parks in one day because of FOTL.

We got in at 2am this morning, and I had to trudge into owkr very very tired. My DH more so, because he drove the majority of the way.

So, did anybody miss me? Looks like life over here carried on without me.

Its at the Orange County Convention Center... kind of a pain in the butt to go back and forth... we'll see... hopefully Sunday is only 1/2 day... no details yet... haven't even got details on this weekends comp yet!!!!

I know how that goes. It has gotten better now that she is an "optional". As a compulsary gymnast we would not be notified until less than a week away. Nothing like having to put your whole weekend on hold until the last moment because she could compete any time between 8am Sat and 6pm Sunday.

I had to laugh... I was at a meeting this morning for a biker event that we are sponsoring, and mentioned to someone that I wouldn't be at a Feb. 5 event due to a cheer competition... their response was "How does Budweiser get away with sponsoring kids events???" No, my ENTIRE life is NOT taken by work events... every remaining minute is taken up by KID events!!! Quite a 360 degree difference, though!!! (And try explaining to kids WHY Mom can't speak at career day or put an ad in their yearbook/sports program/event program, etc.!)
