Ok I decided that should try to make another door sign with the wording that Irene liked.

Did you hear the news? We're on our 1st Magical Disney Cruise.

Now I need some help being creative & finding images. I was thinking of either trying to find an image with Mickey (or another character) with his/her hand to his/her ear or doing some sort of newspaper looking sign. Any ideas on where to find those sort of graphics? Anyone better at googling than I am????

OK, I've got to know. Who else hasn't gotten their docs? Ours might be with our TA. We have a pool party at her house this Sat. But I need to know if I need to pick them early just so I don't get the very high bar bill one night!

Good morning all from the east coast. We didn't have the bad storms last night that were expected ... either that or I slept through them. Hope some of you in FL got that rain.

I know we had a system move through because at 2 am all three of my children came barreling into my room and into my bed! So much for a good night's sleep. DH ended up on the couch!

Coordinating trim, no shutters, doing mantles w/keystones over all the windows to dress them up. DH will mock up a couple of shutters, and we'll put them up to see if we like them or not. But we have around 22 windows, and the house can be seen from all sides, so don't think we'll spend the $$ for shutters.

After seeing everyone else's door signs, I might try some different things for ours. That sounds like more fun than cleaning . Plus I could do more packing today, too instead of cleaning...

Good Morning, Everyone!

Door signs look great! Just in case you missed the past few weeks of pictures - John is the photoshop wiz - Obviously, I will not be working on the signs. He's working on details in the welcome sign- so, we may not have multiples - but, we'll have one great sign!

Maggie's still home today...

She's in the "bouncing off the wall" stage - not good enough to go to school - but, well enough to be bored. John's parents came in yesterday, so she'll get some grandma time all to herself.

Good morning everyone. Can't stay too long, I have to go to my FIL's house. He's having Hospice come and get him into the system. NO, he's not ready for full-time hospice but having him get someone to come in once or twice a week is great and the phone number 24/7.

Anyway...the game last night was great. The first couple of innings I thought the Yanks were going to lose. But, in true fashion they came back to win. Lots of activity in the stadium. Police everywhere! And they weren't bored. We were on the 1st base side and they were taking people out left and right. A lot of that chanting, Boston S**KS!! My boys got an education last night. Great time was had by all and this momma is tired. I didn't fall asleep until 1:00am and now I have to ride 40 minutes to get to FIL's for a 10:30 meeting. Oh joy. And to boot, I'm supposed to go out for dinner with high school friends. Another 40 minute ride tonight. This girl may have to do something that hardly ever happens here....take a nap this afternoon.

Don't be disappointed if the fireworks at WDW are cancelled....They were in 1999 due to fires. I was just speaking with colleages in Orlando - rumours abound....
