I forgot that you guys did that too!! Don't you just love that fresh roasted and ground taste???

What's your favorite bean? I'm sure we went over that (back in the dark ages) but I forgot....

Can you please give me the basics on this? What equipment do you need? How hard is it? How easy is it to goof it up!?!? :confused3

U TOP with HH and coffee. :)

btw, HH, new siding means nailpops all over. Grrrrr. So my drywall fun will begin again. Although not until AFTER the cruise. I hate nailpops. :(

That will be a great one, how many days at sea???? :goodvibes

OM, I'm pretty sure there were several posts about coffee roasters a few months ago. Go find those, OK? :rotfl2:

Kevin is mowing the lawn. I'm sure he will answer you when he comes back in the house. The DIS board is the first thing he does.

I'm off to TJ's. I'm cooking the Anniversary dinner tomorrow night, we're having Paella. Might be almost as good as the Italian meal we had last night! Kind of reminded me of Palo, the filet was really good. I had the special, a mini filet, only $22. But it only measured about 2X2X3! I savored every morsel though. We had a couple of really nice glasses of Cabernet Savignon. Will have to see if Kevin remembers the name of the winery. It was Totoro or something like that. Oh wait, maybe that's the Japanese Anime character.

It's really easy!! All you need is a roaster and green coffee beans. I roast in the garage with both the large door and the side door open, because it can create quite a bit of smoke. Coffe roasting basics.
We have a Hearthware iRoast that has done a superb job. Had another before and wore it out. This one has a programmable roasting schedule I like.

Check out Sweet Maria's (the above links are that site) they have lots of info.
I get the green pea berry Tanzania beans here locally for $3 a pound.

Didn't they use screws for the siding??? :confused3

Why would they send yours seperate??? :confused3 :confused3

I have no idea. I'm quite bummed, actually, and keep looking at what they sent hoping that my name will magically appear. No luck so far. Jim didn't ask for a reason (hey, I'm just glad he CALLED them!), but they assured him that my docs were on their way as well.

We'll see!
