I dont' think so, but you can book 2007 and then transfer to 2008.

I'm glad you said this because I was wondering if we'd get docs or if it really didn't matter anyway with the online registration and printing stuff from there/etc.

Oh and hi everyone- notice how I just pop in from time to time? I swear I can't keep up with you guys on this thread! We're getting close though huh? I can't believe it. We've waited SOOOOOOOO long for this cruise (originally booked in 2003 for Feb 2005 and then had to postpone due to school schedule changes- so we've been waiting almost 3yrs for this cruise!) that it's hard to believe it's actually almost time for it!

If you can't keep up with us HERE, you MIGHT not be able to keep up with us on the ship..... it's pretty much the same except our fingers don't get bloody from typing so much!!!

Yes, we are still cruising!! We were upgraded to 6580 (cat 6, I think?)yeah!!!
It has a verandah, so I am on !!!

Hi all -- I am finally home from the office from my very long day. I had to leave at 3:15 to get to the high school to pick up Dale when he got out at 3:45 to make a doctor's appointment at 4:15. Thank goodness the office was not crowded and we did not have to wait. The sign says no cell phones, but as we are walking in my phone starts ringing. Have a major problem at the office that I have to take care, Ashley is calling and then my best friend from Dallas calls, I tell her not a good time call you later, call ashley back and then call the attorney back. Tell him as soon as I finish at the doctor I will head back to office. Now mind you I live about 20 miles from my office. Got back to work at 5:15 when most everyone is already gone (Cindo de Mayo on the Border)

Well got most everything taken care of tonight, but have to be back at 7:00 a.m. in the morning to take care of something right at 8:00 when the newspaper office opens. charley will have to take ashley to swim meet and then I will come down later, so he can leave because he is working an OT shift tomorrow night. As soon as the swim meet is over, I have to meet someone at my office at noon and then make it to the band concert tomorrow night and then back at the swim meet at 7 on Sunday morning (whew). Not sure how much trip stuff I am going to get done this weekend.

My mood is pretty sour right now. I am sure I would be feeling better if I got my documents today. I can't believe Ron in Vegas has them before me here in Texas has them. What's up with that huh?

Gooood moorrrnning everyone!!! I can't believe we're down to 3 weeks away. Talk about your Disney mode. I have a few questions....

First, I received our docs yesterday (yeah!!), but there's really nothing in there. I got the baggage tickets (lime green..how did they know?), the immigration forms for the Bahamas, and a booklet that looks like the old fashioned airline tickets. They're rectangle and attached on the left hand side. Oh, and a letter. Is that it??? I didn't get anything about our excursions or anything else. Do we get that when we board? OCD has kicked in and want to make sure I have all the documents I need.

Secondly, is anyone who is staying at the RAD on Friday night going to JB's? We probably WILL NOT be heading up there for dinner, but wanted to ask someone to bring ours back for us? Anybody, anybody???

Lastly, SUE, do we (early diners) have the APL rotation?

OK I know yall are going to think that I am strange,,...but I am curious if anyone else if feeling like me?
While I am very very very excited about our trip, it has dawned on me that it will be over soon. THat is making me very sad, and now I dont want the time to fly by so fast.....This past year and a half, when I was sick of work, this trip has kept me going....once we got back then what wil lI do??!?!?

I really know that feeling. The closer it gets, the more the anticipation is wearing off and the dread of it going by too fast is creeping upon me. The thought of not having anything to look forward to any longer is bothering me. And, no, we're not going to book on board, as much as I'd like to. We're not planning any more 'big' vacations in the next few years.

All this talk about the "let down" after it's over has got me thinking. How about if we set up a "meet" centrally located on the map in the near future after the cruise? Like at a resort or something? Cheaper than a cruise, and do-able? Just a thought from my pea brain.

At this late date TAs will tell you to call DCL directly. They cannot handle reservations at the last minute due to the documents and such....
