Jay said one of "my" customers from yesterday came in today to pick up a support bar that they made for him. He came in yesterday and left a drawing with me. He didn't really know exactly what he wanted.....but I got as much info out of him as I could. He actually had left the shop telling me "It really isn't that important. Just have them do something simple. I'll make it work"

Well....he came to get it today, and told Jay "That's not right!...that wasn't what I told her at all" and basically said I was stupid. Jay was showing the guy his own drawing, trying to explain to the guy that his drawing was stupid, not me....but the guy got all mad..... Oh well...at least Jay tried to defend me!

Next time, I'm just going to tell these guys to take a hike.

The guy with the support bar for the tranny hasn't come back yet. Jay set it outside for him to come get. He's not going to do it for him.

He probably screwed up the drawing to start with and decided to blame you. Some people are never happy when they don't know what they are doing to begin with.

but that is neat that it is waterproof...i did not know such a dogocam existed hmmmm I may have to get this b4 the cruise...wehn we go to the beach in the panhandle I am sooo anxious about getting sand on my camera bc t he sand in the panhandle is like sugar....

I actually had no idea they were coming. I have been away from the computer for several days and did not know they had been sent out. Besides, work has been a pain this week...I needed SOMETHING to remind me why I do that!

Stacey, maybe when some idiot comes into the shop and Jay's not there you should tell them they need to schlep back the next day and talk to the guy who will actually MAKE their item!

The specs say five feet for up to 30 minutes. So what concerns me is: A. Jumping off the boat, I'd go deeper than that. But, I could have someone hand it to me...I have to do that with the SeaLife.
B. Up to 30 minutes. We're in the water for at least an hour at a time. I could come up after an hour and put it in a waterproof bag for 10 minutes...which is how long they say to have it out of the water. But that's kind of a pain, too.

I just really don't want to (and can't) spend $800+ for a digital with housing...and I really don't want to haul the SeaLife.

If I DO get something new...either housing for the older Pentax (which I still really like) or the new WP10....I'm going to probably sell the SeaLife.

I'll defer final judgement to the divers, but I have had these recommeded to me before. For around $350 you could get a nikon coolpix and one of these housings
