See what you guys do to me? I pulled up a window to go to amazon.com and find a scale/body fat analyzer, but my user CP showed I have new posts. No wonder I can't get anything done. Maybe it's because subconsiously I don't really WANT to know my body fat percentage!!!

Do you REALLY need to know your body fat %?

Ok, that's weird. Mike and I were talking about internet safety with the kids and all.....and then I see "OM, I'm following you to bed." (shudder) I mean, I like you and everything, but three in our queen size would be a bit cramped!

Sad to say, but I'm not sure I've ever had a Margarita. Will the recipe be in the DIS cookbook? Maybe I'll have to try it.

Yes the Secret (Not secrete) Recipe will be in the cook book...I hope to have it out to everyone who wants a copy early next week.

Nice picture of yourself ... . I didn't realize that was Mel Gibson at first. He looks pretty darn good in that picture.

Don't know if I have posted this picture here before, but this was taken with my D100 in Hawaii. I was using my 70-200 with a 2x teleconverter - so using the 1.5 crop factor it was like shooting with a 600mm lens (albeit at f/5.6). My tripod is not quite heavy enough for that much glass so it is a bit soft. We were about 1/2 mile away from the flow.

Yes and No. I should know. Do I WANT to know? Probably not....unless I see it going down down down. When I started Curves, my body fat was 35.3%. I got it as low as 26.2%. Of course, that was two years ago. I'm sure it's back up. But that would be a motivating measurement for me. B/c we all know the scale doesn't move as much as we'd like.

Morning fellow cruisers. It's going to be an awesome day here in NY. Should be getting up to 80 degrees today. Can't wait.

Mary - thanks for the info about cruise documents. I called DCL this morning to make sure all of our on-line stuff was up to date and she told me that our docs were mailed on 5/02. I should be getting them by the end of the week or beginning of next. woo hoo!!

Karen - don't worry about that lady and Maggie. She just didn't fit with you guys. And I'm SURE it's a lot calmer in HER house with 3 boys. Yeah, right...who is SHE kidding?

Pam - tell Ashley I'm sorry she didn't make it, but that's only a little bump in the road of life. Nah, she wouldn't quite grasp that one just yet. How's about this...tell her to forget about those rah-rahs and concentrate on the sports, girlfriend. From what I hear, she's a fantastic swimmer.

I started packing last night. Really putting stuff into the suitcase. My stuff first. I went shopping the other day and was picking out what goes with what and just decided that everything was out on the bed anyway. I took up 1/2 the suitcase, but still have a couple more things to put in. And then there's the garment bag for things not needing to be folded. I know I packed too many things, but I don't think I'll be in the minority on that issue. Last time we went to Florida (DEC), I didn't pack enough T-shirts. It was too cold for all the tanks I packed. Oh well.

Going into school this morning. We can go into the 1st grader's class to help out the teachers. You can only do that up until the 3rd grade, then it's all serious--no parents in the classrooms.
