Good Morning Cruisers!

We sail in 23 days!

John - great volcano picture! Love it!

Karen - sorry that I'm late in giving advice on Maggie. My take is that the breeder refuses to take any accountability that she paired the wrong dog with your family. So it is easier for her to try and put the blame on you and using a passive aggressive style. She's not worth it. Let it go!

:grouphug: to Pam and Ashley!

:wave2: to Amanda.

Essential info for First Time cruisers!

This is some info we put together for first time cruisers on the DVC Member Cruise last year. Thought it would be a good time to share with our new cruisers on this cruise.

Documents - They look like small books with sheets that tear out. It is important that your documents are filled out before walking up to the window to check in. Of course now you can also fill out your forms online as well. A few things of note.

a) There is a Bahama's imigration form in there. Yes you should fill it out since Castaway Cay is in the Bahama's.

b) Credit card form. Only one adult in the party needs to fill this out. You just list who all can charge against that card.

c) Luggage tags. Put these on your luggage before heading to the ship. If you are flying down earlier than Sunday, and not using Disney transport, do NOT put the tags on until you're going to the ship!

d) Be sure before you leave home that you have taken your documents and your passports or birth certificates and picture ID. If you are using a birth certificate, make sure it is a state office issued one. Hospital ones with footprints or the like are not.

OM, I'm following you to bed! Couldn't sleep last week, so this week I'm getting very sleepy...

I think the Margarita recipe name was "Secret", Coach. But we'll accept "Famous". Which I think it might be soon! Too bad we can't get royalties.

Ok, that's weird. Mike and I were talking about internet safety with the kids and all.....and then I see "OM, I'm following you to bed." (shudder) I mean, I like you and everything, but three in our queen size would be a bit cramped! :)

Sad to say, but I'm not sure I've ever had a Margarita. Will the recipe be in the DIS cookbook? Maybe I'll have to try it.

Yeah, thanks for helping me see that sentence. You're right. They are still having problems. :)

Maggie was an absolute GEM with KT. Never an issue. I'm the one who got the brunt of her personality, and to an extent, Nick did.....although for the last couple of months of us owning her, Nick didn't go near her much.

I'm a cat person. I've figured it out. :) :cat: But I DO wish my parents would get another dog and we could babysit :)

This issue might be all talked out already (burst posting here!), but when I read the post, that sentence jumped out at me too! They're still having problems; still have 'issues'. The way I interpreted the post, it wasn't anything negative toward your family. (hard to tell sometimes though, I know!) :sunny:

The dog is waiting to pounce on that kid....good thing the other one has a tight hold on the leash.
LISA knows how you feel. SHE would have to write a letter back, too. And Stacey would probably let her!

There ya go, there ya go, there ya go! Thank you! I hadn't noticed the leash. Ya know what that means? That means they don't have a fence and they couldn't control her if she was just running loose. They wouldn't be able to just recall her verbally. Thx for noticing that!

Caught back up and found the U TOP shared with Stacey and, dang it, the BEAST again!

We'll be taking a bus/taxi to Majahual and just spending some time at the beach there. I've heard it's a beautiful beach, and the village itself is
supposed to be really friendly and nice. So I think that's our plan.

Anyone want to join us?

--Samantha

After looking at the pricing for Uvero Beach, I don't think we'll go there ... just too much $$$. We'll think of joining you at Majahual.

Took Ashley to the dr. yesterday. We saw the nurse practioner. She said that it was a hemmorhoid (sp?) and that she needs to decrease dairy & increase fiber. I talked to my sister last night. She said that my nephew had the same sort of issues and they wound up taking him to a specialist. The specialist sort of told them that the ped was a quack for saying that it was a hemmorhoid & if it was that would mean SERIOUS problems somewhere else. She called back later to say that she talked to a friend that is a pediatric P.A. and that she agreed that if it was indeed a hemmorhoid that there was something else going on. My sister thinks that I should take her back & see a dr. instead. Should I be concerned???

Well-- I have a very upset little girl here tonight. She did not make the squad, they only took 7 6th grader girls. The bad part is 5 of her friends made it. I have never seen her cry like this before. She is starting to get better, but I just feel so bad for her.

Sorry I'm a little late. But, lots of  and :grouphug: to you & Ashley. Hope she's feeling a little better today.

So is this the thing now? :confused3 To have graduations at every level? I was shocked when I saw my first "kindergarten" graduation. Now they have (at least) after kdg, 5th, 8th, 12th.... Who knows what else. Not having kids in the school system I guess I'm out of the "graduation" loop.

I remember when I grew up, you had to go to school 13 long years before you even THOUGHT of graduating!!!

We had grad. at 6th (Catholic school), 8th (jr. high), and 12th.

I guess Stacey hasn't been back to see her picture. That's a good one.

So Angie, you had a dream about US? And you haven't met us yet? What did we look like? Did I look like Stacey's picture?

I think the Margarita recipe name was "Secret", Coach. But we'll accept "Famous". Which I think it might be soon! Too bad we can't get royalties.

I think it's just Kevin that I haven't seen a picture of .. so he was just some bald guy. :rotfl:

Remember that list I made for our moving criteria? I forgot to put Trader Joe's on it. I'm not going to be able to cook anymore without it.

Wouldn't Whole Foods be about the same?

This is exactly my take too. And actually, she's trying to avoid accountability for something she didnt do all wrong anyhow. The dog didn't mesh with your family. Maybe it meshed with that one, good for the dog. But that part had little to do with the breeder, more to do with the dog.

Well, I tried to drink one through a snorkel, but I choked and gagged!! :)

I love  Whole Foods. Unfortunately it's just too far away from me to make it practical to go to regularly.

See what you guys do to me? I pulled up a window to go to amazon.com and find a scale/body fat analyzer, but my user CP showed I have new posts. No wonder I can't get anything done. :lmao: Maybe it's because subconsiously I don't really WANT to know my body fat percentage!!! :)
