Any limitations - original ones, easy ones, gourmet one, ones we have adapted, or good ole Betty Crocker???

No limitations, whatever you feel compelled to send....

Thanks for the head up Mark! Looks like Pam has been all over that thread. :thumbsup2

So if I read that right, we tender using BIG tenders docking at Punta Langosta pier. That is the same one Disney used before right?

Sounds like the waters are fine, makes for good diving!!

Oh my goodness. I comb bind everything. The kids' papers from school come bound in huge books. I take them to Staples and they cut the binding off, then I comb bind them by unit so they are easier to manage. I comb bind their scheduls (I print out a weekly schedule of what they have to get done,) I comb bound our budget and financial stuff, the kids "create" magazines or books....yup, comb bind those too. Mike once said "if it doesn't move, you comb bind it!" :)

Will need to see if I have the supplies to do comb binding for the cruise. I think I'm getting low since I comb bind everything!!! Wonder if the coils come in LIME GREEN????? ;)

I have all my cruise papers in a 3-ring binder, but that would be a lot easier to take along. Not so clutzy. And if you wanted to add something you could just put them on the comb binder and insert additional pages, right? We had one of those at work and it was great. I loved it. Wish I had one. It would be scarey though, I would be just like you.

Yup. Just add and take out what you want, when you want. You do need to use the machine to do it though, can't just do it by hand. I like that they lay open flat when you're looking at them (will make it great for our recipe books--I hate when a cookbook closes while you're trying to read it!)

Unfortunately, our cat likes to chew up the bindings making them inoperable. We have to hide comb bound stuff now! (we put them on shelves with the comb bound ring in the back) Freaky cat! What do I expect though....only freaky animals find their way into this house! :lmao:

1/2 way to the next milestone post!!!

uh...uh...nevermind. my brain is mush. i'm crunching too many debt reduction numbers lately. :earseek: we'd be ok if i hadn't have spent $4.05 on postage to Alburquerque recently :lmao: :lmao:

Got 2 more passports in the mail yesterday - Bruce's & Emily's. Now we're waiting on Ashley's. Why couldn't they have sent them together ... all submitted on the same day at the same facility and should be returned to the same address? Guess that's too much trouble for someone to figure out.

Ang

A U-TOP with my family:love: (and the passport office).

:flower1: Good morning cruisers! :flower1:

Happy Tuesday!

To go back to a discussion from yesterday morning. I remember on our first cruise back in '99 that they served Banana's Foster in Parrot Cay. The Head Servers would make it up in the front. Wonder if it got too complicated and they dropped it.

I could have sworn that I read somewhere, a long time ago, that they quit doing it because of the worry of kids running around, and the flames.

If your kids get this one, then they already know.......

The Theme from LAdy and the Tramp might work for the midnight buffet.....

You are on your own for the retreival item.... :stir: :stir: :stir:

PS - I have found coffee..... :surfweb: :surfweb: :surfweb:

and silly 40 second rule :hourglass

Wow Irene, that was pretty clever! I know I never would have thought of all that. Love the idea of having them get out their own clothes....mine do that now, but even at 15 & 12, I still have to supervise.

Those big tenders are nice! They hold a lot of people, and it's quick loading and unloading. It was already hot when we were there in December, so we went down to the lower deck, in the shade, to wait while they boarded everyone.
There was a guy selling silver, told him "No, gracias"....but he had a pretty necklace that now I wish I had bought. I knew it probably wasn't real silver, but for a couple of bucks, it would have been pretty to wear a couple of times before it turned green. From what I hear, these fellas are still on the tenders. This time I'll say "Si!"

Yep, here I am, all alone again. Guess I should go to work like the rest of you.

You guys don't really want any of MY recipes, do you?? I could send the one for BBQ ribs that made Jay's cousin sick!

THIRTY EIGHT DAYS!!!!!! :sail: :boat: :stitch: :goofy: :tigger: :mickeyjum :donald: :ccat:

Fried pickles are good - if it's a light breading...The pickle should stay really crisp :thumbsup2 Don't really like Fried Green Tomatoes though...

My fav way for fried green tomatoes is to top them with a seafood cream sauce. Yum Yum :thumbsup2
