Ok, time to put the kiddos to bed, then Mike and I are going to watch an "adult movie." (that's what the kids call them....we're trying to get them to say "GROWN UP" movie!! )

I think it'll be Flightplan....

The "adult" children have left...the other two are in their rooms, and the big guy is "napping".....I think he's actually down for the count.

Dinner was great, and the chocolate raspberry torte was probably one of the best desserts I've ever had. Yum.

The kids weren't too disappointed...we did have some jelly beans and some Peeps that Jordan's friend gave her. So it sort of seemed like the EB had visited.

I still need to watch the end of Flightplan. I watched most of it on the plane home from my parents'....just didn't have time to see it all.

Think I'll go plant myself. I did enough cooking to last me at least a week.

And you didn't mention how terrific dinner was... but then again, you cooked it, not me! Tequila-Lime Grilled Lamb, ham, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and pistachio/pineapple cake. Yum!!!! Can't beat Easter afternoon by the pool!

We tried to make chocolate crepes tonight. They tasted okay, but didn't look too pretty. I guess the opposite of the desert buffet where everything looks beautiful.

I wish DCL would have Bananas Foster. We had it prepared at our table on the Norwegian cruise, it was to die for! We also had chocolate fondue that night....yummm.......and then we rolled back to our room!

I did have Jared try his tux on. Shirt was way too small, he'll wear one of Jay's. Jacket is okay...for one last cruise at least, and the pants, too. They're a hair short, but again, they'll do for this cruise....after that, they're outta here.

I made our tip envelopes and thank you cards.

I caught a mistake on one of our door signs, so I had to re-do it. I had the date as May 27, 2005.

Guess I'll go write a packing list for the guys. It looks like the only thing I'm still going to have to buy is a couple of swim suits for Jordan. Cool.

Wow I am impressed. I haven't done near that much. We have most clothes purchased. Went this weekend to buy Dale some dress clothes. Ashley doesn't need anything else, I only need some shoes.

I haven't even started on door signs and am not sure I am going to get around to it. I have never done it and would hate to mess it up. Maybe I can get around to something.

I haven't even started on door signs and am not sure I am going to get around to it. I have never done it and would hate to mess it up. Maybe I can get around to something.

No way you can mess them up....just use plain paper for a "practice" print, before you print with the magnet paper. Or...print something on plain or photo paper and laminate them, or put them in plastic sleeves...and stick a magnet or two on the back.
If you have a photo program that lets you add text, it's easy. It sort of leads you through the process.

Good morning---night walker here. Haven't done this in a while though. I was just sooo exhausted from the weekend, that I went to bed at around 9:30 and I guess I'm not used to getting that much sleep. I woke up about 2:00am, NY time, and am now going to try to go and get some sleep.

First day back to school in 4 hours. Yaaahhooo!!! I think I'm going to go out and give that bus driver a big kiss. Please take them away!!! I'm really tired of being a referee. Thanks God the weather has been very cooperative and the kids are outside most of the time. Do you remember when you're mother used to say, "if you come in and out of this house one more time...."? I've said that way more than my share this past week.
