I hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday. We went to an Easter Egg Hunt this morning at the ball fields. So it wasn't really a hunt ... just a mad dash to get eggs. Most of the them were filled with trinkets so at least the kids don't have MORE candy. Afterward we went to Costco for the standing rib roast & wine. I was able to find a small one. OHMinnie, I just liked that wine the other night when Bruce & I had a date. I couldn't find the Shiraz so I got a Cab/Shiraz. It was $20. I'll let you know tomorrow how it was. I couldn't believe that there were $200 bottles there.

Virgil, have a great trip! You know we're all jealous.

I just finished boiling eggs. So it's off to go dye them with the girls.

Our eggs are boiled...and even though the Easter Bunny is skipping us this year, I was going to color them. But Jay brought home brown eggs!

My 21 yr old DD thought the Easter Bunny should bring her tickets to three concerts - one of them being Dave Matthews!

Heck, I want the EB to bring *ME* those tickets!!!

Back from the baseball game. It was a good game...but a few injuries. Our pitcher got hit with a ball, the other team's 3rd baseman got nailed and the umpire got nailed. Jared's team won.

I wish I could make these bigger. Photobucket only lets me make them smaller.

The Easter Bunny just ordered 1st baseline "best available" 19th row Cubs/Astros Tickets for July 4!!!

While the EB was on Ticketmaster, she discovered Chicago AND Huey Lewis and the News will be touring together this summer and tickets go on sale next Saturday!!!

Just got off a few hours ago. Cozumel was great. Tendering was easy
with no problems. They were always at the ship side. We took a taxi to
Paradise Beach which was absolutely gorgeous. Food was great as were the
margaritas. Water was crystal clear and loads of water toys including a
water iceberg inflatable and 2 trampolines. What I did not realize---it
is literally 100 feet away from Playa Mia (DCL beach break and party
boat place). You will see tons of damage. Many waterfront buildings
totally trashed. Not really sure what they used to be. Most of the shopping
area right off the boat was put back together. Many hotels that said
they were open were still pretty trashed. The entrance to Chankanaab was
littered with debris. We tendered into the same pier btw.

Chicago is dh and my band... we've seen them 4-5 times in concert Color my World was our 1st dance song...and Huey was my first ever concert... I'm so excited...dh is teasing me that we won't be getting obstructed view this time like last year's EWF/Chicago concert-he was happy - he was behind the sound board...nope, I'm paying the big bucks for best available....

Last year's concert with Earth Wind and Fire was awesome! Those guys can still rock!!! it'll be interesting how/if they-HL and chicago will sing combined songs - both have great horn sections but, EWF and Chicago were probably a better mix with Phillip Bailey...

Scoopie was one cool cone!!!!! He really enjoyed himself at the 2nd Annual DeLand Bike Rally, where he spent the day hanging out with the event's really cool advertising director!!!

Adam's team just finished and they lost, the team that won was so excited, this was there first win of the season!!! We were missing 4 of our players so expected not to have a good game.

Jared's team lost the other night to a team who hadn't won a game yet, and I was really happy for them. I'm one of those who cheers for both teams.

I saw that Chicago was touring....I'd love to see them again!

We've got a sick one tonight ... argh!!! While we were dying eggs, Ashley kept complaining of a tummy ache. About 20 min. before dinner, it wasn't a pretty sight. I hope this passes quickly and she's all better in the morning. Otherwise, she won't get to eat any of the chocolate that the EB leaves tonight.
