We interrupt our regularly scheduled DISing for some exercise advice...and you've hit the jackpot - aqua instructor, pilates instructor, and a long-time YMCA employee including 5 years as a full-time YMCA aquatic director in Chicago.

if you are at the Ed Issakson YMCA - I just looked at their classes on their website- I want to join your Y...oh my, an aqua instructors dream!!!

Back to our regulary scheduled fluff...

Yes, that's the Y that we belong to ... very nice. It's definitely upscale. My one big complaint about them is times for the younger kid programs (dance, gymnastics, swimming lessons) ... it's definitely geared toward the stay-at-home mom crowd, which we have a lot of around here. There's just not a lot offered for the young ones after work hours or on weekends.

I will look in to the water class as well as the yoga class. The dr. did say that I could do yoga. I will just have to know my own limitations. Thanks for your input. I knew that I could count on you!

I was here almost all day, yapping! Finally had to go in and at least write the paychecks!

I survived another Wednesday with the girls...but we had to have a little conversation at dinner about not waving at the cars in the drive-in. We ate at Chick Fil A...I love that place....and the girls were getting a little obnoxious.
