So, a question for you cruise veterans. What would be the best thing to do, if you knew your family was about to be left by the ship? Although Kevin has promised to NEVER cut it that close again, and I would kill him if he did, it could happen on one of these dive excursions. I wasn't thinking clearly at the time, but I guess I should get off the ship with our passports and our valuables. They wouldn't have much luck getting to the next port without passports and money, right?

I have a swimming pool....and there's the creek....and Bartlett Lake....ewww, forget that!

OMGosh! How could you have sat there and waited!? I would have been pacing down at the gangway!!

The only place there that has dolphins is AKR....and the ship had a dolphin excursion with an outfit that was located, interestingly, at the same location, but it didn't give the name Anthony's Key.

See above question. If I hadn't seen them walking down the dock, I would have been heading down there. I just don't know if I had the presence of mind to take the passports etc. I probably would have just made a scene, which I'm sure wouldn't have helped.

Jay & I had to run on the way back from a Princess excursion. Not fun.

But a good question......Hmmmm....I guess if they didn't have their passports or any credit cards, then (if the cruise line would LET you) you'd almost have to get off and wait for them.

Almost forgot, that was the day I was sitting in our porthole watching for Kevin and Alicia to get back from their dive. They were the last ones on the ship, they raised the gangplank right after. It wasn't a ship excursion, either. He's never going to do THAT again!

No they have character b'fasts on sea days and based on your rotation and early or late you will be told which day. It is very organized.

ALL those articles end up on the DIS! Just lately, they've discussed QM2 and the one that the guy on his honeymoon disappeared from!

We have seen people get left and have to catch the pilot boat to the ship, often the ship won't stop just slow and they have to climb on, enough to make you get back on time!!
