Good morning all!

Y'all were definitely having some fun last night after I went to bed. I got some good laughs in to start my morning!

Pam, I like Stacey's idea of putting the cone on the bag w/out the "blabbermouth" stuff. Question though ... does the logo that we choose have to be 1 color or can it be multi-colored?

You guys are way funny. I may not post all the time, but I'm reading and laughing my butt off(I wish this was listed as formal exercise). Keep it coming.

Sounds like we need our own 'WISH Challenge'... how many minutes per month spent LMAO... set a goal and do our best to reach it... let's see... how many calories does that burn??? (That's about the extent of MY exercise program!!)

As our resident fitness pro, I found the answer - (y'all won't be finding me in the gym on the cruise - I'll be on vacation!! :)

about 15 minutes = 2 hershey's kisses -
15minutes/day = about 4 lbs a year...

Wait a minute....I have a problem. I laugh a-lot(I was voted class clown in HS) and I think it has the reverse effect on me. Who do I see about that? Instead of losing weight, I think I'm sucking the air right back in and expanding. Do I get a refund? Maybe I should just try being miserable and see how that goes. :rotfl2:

Depends on which miserable diet you go on.. There's either the "I'm-so-miserable/I'm-stressed/Don't'feel-like-eating diet" or the I'm-so-miserable/I'm-stressed/the-bigger-the-bag-of-chocolate-the-better-diet" :rotfl:
 
Not a chocolate person(except for THAT time of month), just give me the food!!! I'm on the miserable WW diet. I just started last Friday, but you wouldn't know it. I keep forgetting...how convenient. I will try harder..I will try harder...I will try harder. I would like to look presentable when I meet y'all. Not like what I look like now. It's soooo hard. :sad1: :o Calgon...take me away....

 
I'm coming up upon my 800th post. But I really have to get going right now. Still need to take a shower before the EPA calls on me. I have a list of things to do and want to be productive today.

It's going to be a b-u-tiful day here in the lower Hudson Valley. Sun is out, temps are up around 44 already going up to the 50's if you could believe that. Hooray!! The kids get to go outside after school. Burn off that energy.

So, I better get going and work off some of those calories. Just keep laughing, just keep laughing(in my best Dorey voice).

Check out this link... you can put in your weight and what you do all day (it includes things like sitting, standing, writing, talking on the phone) and it tells you what you are burning. According to this, I am burning about 1100 calories a day... too bad I take in about a million...
