Sue, you will love Tivo, especially once you get past the angst of learning how to use it. I can record and watch on our DVR, I think that's all I need. Last night we were watching a recorded Grey's Anatomy, and as I was zipping through commercials at 2X the speed, I was trying to guess how many there would be. Six was about right for the first break, but it got up to 10 or 11 by the end of the show, I lost count. Yes, Tivo is good. Especially for those highly rated shows that have soooo many commercials. Doesn't seem like there's much material in Desperate Housewives these days, has anyone else noticed?

Maria, glad your trip turned out well. When you get a chance, tell us more. Like, did you try any new stuff?

We were diving this last weekend and it was 37° air temp......... The water was the warm part, 62°!!


Besides that's the low for day. It won't be that temp until 5am!!

We had a very nice time in WDW. We went to MK and MGM.

Sorry we didn't get together with KikiKaren, Jim & Sharon. We were really looking forward to that. Oh well, guess we have to wait until May.

Hey wait... I thought that you WEREN'T doing the parks on this trip... or am I confused- wasn't it you who had asked about staying at the resort without spending any time in the parks???? We probably COULD have gotten together!! (Especially if I hadn't left my cellphone home last Sunday... it had your # in it...) Sorry!!!! But then again, from your reports of being 'chilly', maybe you weren't in MK the same day we were... it was 75 and sunny...

I made "breakfast" for dinner last night...pancakes, bacon...as I was frying the bacon, that darn song kept going through my head. "I can bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan..." Took me all night to get it out of my head, and now it's back again.

Karen - maybe I didn't say it right. This vacation wasn't going to be a "go to the parks everyday" kinda vacation. We did go to MK, but on Monday. DH thought that Monday wouldn't be so crowded. I'm sorry if I didn't explain it correctly. Oh well....You left your cell phone home anyway.

We'll just have to wait until May.

THURSDAY...SOUTH WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS. SEAS 2 TO 4 FEET BUILDING
TO 4 TO 6 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON. INTRACOASTAL WATERS A LIGHT CHOP.


Maybe only doing the AM dives that day.......
