I'll have to slack off more tomorrow... I don't feel like lugging the laptop to Dallas for less than 24 hours... but I'll miss DIS-ing from my hotel room! That's always my favorite boring-business-trip pasttime. I still hate that they make us fly in from all over the country for a 4 hour meeting, when we have the best video-conferencing/private sattelite system available. Ridiculous!!!!

(I probably should stop DISing now and throw some clothes in a bag so I've got something to WEAR to the meeting... NAH...)

Great - I am now getting excited. I'll sort out an ETA and let you know. We'll miss the kids, but without Matt, at least we know there will be enough food for the rest of us!!!!!!

Palm Beach County is still not back in school, and after last night's drive home - I can understand why - traffic without lights in the dark is dangerous.

Driving home the first couple of nights after we change the clocks back is always a challenge. Can't imagine what it would be like in an area still missing power. Irene you'll be more than ready for the relaxing part of your cruise. ​

Good morning all!

Another day for me. I may try to get out with my MIL to go pick the girls up this afternoon. I won't get my hopes up though. She's been using our Honda Accord. I'm not so sure that I'll be able to get in it as easily as I can the Toyota 4Runner. If I can't I'll have her switch vehicles with DH tomorrow. I need to start getting out of the house!

Kevin, I like your idea of shopping. But I have to wait until my body gets back in to shape before I can do that. Believe it or not, when I got out of the hospital, I looked a few months pregnant. The swelling is going down now so I'm hopeful that I won't look too bad in that swimsuit come May. You all may have to wear sunglasses though ... I'm sure I'll be GHOSTLY white!!!

I definitely need to get out and enjoy this weather. I haven't been getting out at all. From the forecast, it looks like we'll have a BEAUTIFUL weekend in GA. Upper 70s ... my kind of weather!
