I do trust you've updated the address with DCL? Would be so not cool for the docs to go to the old one.

Actually the kit even has a timetable reminding us that we have to be paid full up by some day in March. Like it has been in the past with Docs, it's all random somehow as to when they'll show. Time to get out the Ouija boad...

Maybe they go in alphabetical order....Jim's name comes before yours....mine is way at the bottom.

I didn't get anything, and we are repeat cruisers and paid off. Maybe I won't get one. I may cry....I like getting mail from DCL.

Just got home and I'm going to bed. I was stuck in a traffc jam on the freeway, bringing the girls home from the gym. Not my idea of fun.

Today is the official beginning of our Winter of Fun.....gymnastics competition.

We are in Atlanta on Friday for Lisa. Leave tonight and back on Saturday morning. 14 hours of road time. Oh the joy. It is such a quick trip that we are not able to do any mini-meets.
Matt is home alone so I hope he enjoys his parties.

As for the mailing from DCL. We are repeat cruisers but not paid off yet. Stacey's idea that it might be alphabetical while it sounds good doesn't make sense from a mailing perspective. These were mailed standard class which means it could take a week or so to get to your homes and also means that if there is anything wrong with the address you most likely would not get it. Standard class doesn't get forwarded as long as first class mail does.​

For the record pm's cannot be ready by the moderators or webmasters but any filter that works on the board also work in pm's. There are certain sites that are filtered. If you have a problem with that it is best to address it with the admins.

Gosh - I love having our own FAQ responses.....thanks so much. No issue to discuss with admin....the filter is acceptable as our sponsors do such much work for the board. This related to the Navigators on another agent's website.....(I could not find Western's on Disboards.)

My Cruise Travel Kit

Did anyone else get this in the mail today. Nice package that has a cover letter stating our reservation number, ship and sail day. It also lists when final payment is due, when reservations can be made, and when we sail.

Plus there is a full color booklet that has info on shore excursions, quick tips, gifts, setting sail and formalwear. Very nice!

Nope - no letter in the mail --- anything that you can scan?

I thought the rule was you couldn't take food OFF the ship? We bought pop and snacks for the room in KW on the 10day. Brought them on in the pastic store bags thru the scanner and everything, no problemo.

Far from it- Woke up late got dressed, went to work, no morning dising or even breakfast!

I'd welcome some real cold instead of this yoyo weather that's been happening lately. Gives me the willies of where will it go from here.

New to us too, They're trying to get more of the updated info here directly accessable instead of it being tucked in odd corners.

According to the kit you just received in the mail today (we got ours yesterday) you cannot bring on home made food. Store snacks would be fine.

Waaaaaaaahhhhh - I did not get a kit!!! I am a return cruiser and I am (only in the last 2 days) paid in full.....Will watch ye ole mailbox!

As far as the DCL kit that Mark received, did all you receipients book with Disney directly? I did not. I booked with Dreams. Does that mean that I could still look up my reservation on the DCL website? Newbie, here, sorry.

Well, this is strange. We figured out on our November cruise that the actual docs were mailed out by cabin category......perhaps that was coincidence as we were not a statistically accurate sample....

I'm a newbie too. But, YES, you can look up your ressie on the DCL site. Just use the ressie # that you received from your TA. I'm booked through a TA and can get to my info on DCL's site.
