Stacey - tell Jordan she has more cheerleader company. Linda (seaulater) just posted on the Member Cruise thread that they had to cut their WDW part of the vacation short so Jamie could get back for a cheerleader garage sale.

Now there's a good Cheer Mom. I don't think I'd be too happy about cutting short any Disney vacation!!

OM, are you on book 2 now? Do you ever shop at Half.com? Not as speedy as Amazon, but I find amazing deals on books, CDs, and DVDs on there. When I can wait for them, that is. I can understand that the HP book was an emergency.

Well, I left the radio off today on the ride home. And didn't ask as many questions, but just started talking. Every now and then she jumped in with something. So, it was better! I'm pretty tired though, I spent three hours wrestling with non-fiction books. I got them all filed through the 300s, and the remaining unfiled ones are stacked by number. I felt pretty proud. Still noone checking out books, though.

Glad to hear that Emily found a friend. I'm sure you were more worried than she was, Ang.

Also read "Yes....you must skinny dip in the CHattahoochee River for initiation" and thought of "Ode to Billie Joe" - so looked that up and I was way off...she picked flowers off the Choctaw Ridge and dropped them off the Tallahatchie Bridge...oh well - now I"ll be singing that song all night tonight...

Who's the country music buff? The Chattahoochie was mentioned in a Alan Jackson (I think????) song ... way down yonder on the Chattahoochie ... never knew how much that muddy water meant to me. That's about as much as I know.

I do try really hard to be considerate when I smoke. Jay hates it...so I can't smoke in the house (which is fine with me).....have never smoked in a hotel room.....and I try to move far far away from people when I have one. Jay has all these "rules" that I try to follow. The gang at WDW found out one of them....I am not allowed to walk anywhere and smoke at the same time. Those guys made me walk at the Boardwalk with a cigarette. I finally put it out...I just couldn't break the "rule".

But guess what!! I just heard this on the radio this morning and am going to look into it....there's a clinic in Phoenix that I can go to, and get a shot (or shots) that are supposed to help me quit. I've tried everything else. I really would much rather NOT smoke.

I meant to post this the other day..I am a somewhat smoker.....I do not smoke at home, or in the car..I only smoke 3 cigs a day M-F at work(one a 9am, one at lunch and 1 at 3pm), and it is more of a social thing for me...Weird....I know......I dont even buy cigarettes I just give the lady I smoke with a couple of bucks every once in awhile.....so I guess you could say I am a grubber too, like Maria said. I wish you luck in quitting Stacey. I cant imagine not being able to quit. But the lady I smoke with says she cant imagine snoking the way I smoke..It is just not something I "physically" crave..but more so the hanging out of it...I do enjoy a smole but sont crave it...make sense?

Actually Alan Jackson is from Newnan Georgia, about an hour norht of here! I used to commute to Newnan back in 2001, and he is definitely the towns "success story" they all say he is still a very nice man and triesd to do good for Newnan.

"they hurt my feet" blah blah blah.....okay so we get home, go on our trip to Colorado, wehre I find kids CROCS in Pueblo, in many different sizes and colors. I bought Nate, Taylor and Max a pair. I did not buy CJ a pair becasue of the above statements. Wouldnt you know that little brat, was upset when everyone had a pair but him?!?!? He begged me to take him in and buy him a pair of black ones!

I know quite a few people who are only "social smokers"....I've always wished I were, it would be easier to quit.

My friend and I met Alan Jackson one time...he was (or seemed to be) a really nice guy.

We're outta here for now. Have to go get the DD and eat something. I had lunch, so I'm not really hungry. I hope I can get by with something small. I was trying on clothes today, which always depresses me!
