Mi kids are re-arranging my living room furniture!!!!! Who knew that they would like to do that?!?!?!? I am tricking them into cleaning while they are rearranging......

We were going to keep our cruise a secret until we got to the port, or Christmas at the earliest. DH and I were way too excited and ended up telling DS. DS is supposed to be e-mailing his new cruise pals, but he's been really lazy about that lately. That was one reason that we told him about the cruise, so he could have some of those 'invisible' friends, too.

Tell CJ that CJ will know by Chrismas so they will still have 5 good months to get to know each other! Has my CJ even written to your CJ lately or vice versa??

My CJ hasn't written to anyone since the beginning of August...typing is too much like school work, I guess.

Time to sit down and watch it! For instance today. Alicia skipped her dance class this morning to try and finish a school paper. She has to be at the studio at 2:30, then we have to take her across town for a performance at 5, back to the studio for a sleepover. We'll go to dinner, back to the house, maybe watch a couple of hours of 24, then pick her up at 11, since I'm pretty sure she won't be done with her paper. And she can't function the day after sleepovers.

don't serve string here." The string tries to order anyway, but the
bartender pulls a pair of scissors. So the piece of string runs out the
door.

Throughout the day, the string is tossed from bars. His ends
are coming loose. So, before entering the last bar, the string contorts
himself. Nonetheless, the bartender looks at him carefully. "Hey! Are
you a piece of string?"

Scubaburt, I'm so impressed! I help Alicia with her chemistry drills, but I swear it's like I've never seen it before. High school was a loooong time ago.

Mine was easy. I don't do content. That is up to the kids.

I will assemble, paint, paste, do all the presentation work, but the content is up to them. I just make it look good.

Matt has always has had a tough time doing the fine motor skill work so we have helped out. It's just easier.

I did not want to lug the laptop thru 3 airports, but they do have free wireless connections! Wish the Magic would do so!!!!

Hi everyone..... I wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I am excited to join your thread (better late than never??? ), and even more excited to be joining you all on this cruise. Sorry, but I don't think there is ANY way I can possibly catch up on the past posts... You guys have been BUSY!

I am Linda, my dh is Wayne and we have a ds Robbie who will be 8 for the cruise and a dd Emily who will be 5 for the cruise. This will be our second DCL cruise, and we would all be very excited.... if anyone knew about it but me. I booked last week (was trying to book for dh's 40th birthday in June, but rates for this cruise were so much better, and I couldn't resist the double scoop!!!!) and I am going to try my best to keep it a suprise for as long as possible.

So I am so glad to have such an active chatty bunch to share my excitement with.... it might help me to keep my secret a little longer!!!!!

Welcome - I made it to your post and now must crash - too much travel and too much work and too much fun as well. Last night was Ybor City.

If ScapHappyMoma is anything like her tag, we will be expecting wonderful hints on memory books as we get ready for the cruise. This is our 2nd as well, DH's BD as well, but not his 40th......(sez who - he asks!)
