Oh WOW - what a beautiful photograph!!!!!!! :wizard: Magic award for this one.

Say, let's have a photo compilation after we return from the double scoop. Each ship mate gets to select one - and I bet we can put together a calendar for 2007.... :grouphug:

that is an awesome idea!!!!!!

Hey everybody. Just got home from Tucson. Stayed an extra day to make sure that Ashley was okay with being there. To say the least, I am very tired. hadn't really recovered from being gone to WDW before leaving for this trip. Tucson was extremely hot. yesterday was around 115. Ashley is doing well at the swim camp, but very tired. Her best friend's parents are bringing her home on Thursday night after camp gets out. Will try to catch up on the posts later.

Ok, time to gather some opinions. Do you have a laptop or desktop? Which do you prefer, and what brand do you swear by? I have a cheap desktop that we're going to upgrade (mostly for DS) and a laptop that I need to replace since the video screen went out. It's kind of hard to take on vacation to upload the digital pics when there's no screen. It's currently hooked to a flat screen monitor. :badpc: So we're in the market for 2 pc's that we can network at home.

Check DELL out on-line - they have some great deals running now - I just had to buy a new laptop for work. Good Luck.

Long day - lots of posts to read and you guys have made me really hungry - really thirsty -- really ready to buy yet another computer, even though I just bought one, purchase a sky box, go on a diving trip and read more novels.

And read fluff :cheer2:

Gotta run, have fun --- no posts for me tonight!

oh no....

when I said "last chapter I read" I didn't mean the last chapter in the book....just the last one I had read before putting it down. (the chapter where Gus is hit by a truck)

I had a feeling that it was not going to end on a happy note in the long run.

That's what we're here for! :) To support and encourage one another. ;)

I don't care what kind they are as long as I don't have to fix them...

Mickeymo household had lentils with mushrooms, garlic, and onions spiced with paprika and cumin...1 out of 2 kids inhaled it so, I guess it was a success - Mike will eat about anything - Maggie has to be coerced into trying new things - (she loves sushi - so I can't figure out her tastes...)

Nah, it would be dangerous because we're coke -a-holics if it's easily available...Just giving Ohiominnie a hard time because I graduated from another university in Ohio...

Monica, could have been the paprika. Our DD loves sushi, calamari, all kinds of weird stuff, but not anything with a hot spice. We're trying to corrupt her though, I occasionally try to sneak some red or green chile into her food.

Gunka, ALL the Nicholas Sparks books have a sad ending, didn't you know?

I bought some fresh wild tuna to sear and put on some greens tonight, thought we would try and approximate the Bahama Breeze Ahi salad that Kevin loves. I called and asked him to pick up a few things so we could make the salad. He stopped at Whole Foods Market, and just dropped off one bag that cost $50. That place is kind of like Home Depot for foodies, I guess.

It was such a good book, though - a suprising switch (for me) in genres - I'm an avid fan of his suspense books - and, it was just as well written ..I'm 400 on the wait list at the library for 4th of July sigh...
