This really is a CRUISE related question -

Is there a good site to go to - to grab a wallpaper of the MAGIC? Thanks.

You just need to find a good clear picture of the Magic that you like. Right click on it, and save it to your computer. Then there's a way to choose it as your wallpaper. I've done it, but can't remember how right now. Kevin? Mark?

Alicia was a dance school drop out at age 3, so I don't remember what the shoes were like. She informed me when she was 7 that she wanted to take a "jazz dance class". I think she was just bored in the little kid class, once she started at 7 there was no stopping her!

Sounds like Ashley will do great! That's so sweet. Some kids are just born ready to perform, sounds like you've got one. It's not a bad thing, you know, ballet makes them very strong.

I may have 2 performers!!! Emily is definitely a performer. She's been in dance (ballet & tap with a group that comes to day care) since just before she turned 3. She was always very shy so I thought she would be too scared to make it through her first recital the following spring. She did great! Last year when she was in pre-k, we voiced our concern about her timidness to her teacher. A few months in to the school year her teacher told us that Emily is a very different child at school & loves to perform. Her classroom was equipped with a stage & microphone. She said that Emily would get up & perform in front of the class any time she was given a chance (the sang lots of songs to learn letter sounds, etc). She also loves to sing. She's quite the performer at home too. And now she's got little sis Ashley attempting to do every move that she does!!! It's a riot! From Ashley's build & no-fear attitude, I think she may be a better gymast.

You just need to find a good clear picture of the Magic that you like. Right click on it, and save it to your computer. Then there's a way to choose it as your wallpaper. I've done it, but can't remember how right now. Kevin? Mark?

Once you save it to your harddrive, it's easy. Close all windows & right-click on your desktop and click properties. Click the Desktop tab in the Display Properties window. Click the Browse... button and locate the file on your harddrive and click Open. This will put the picture in the background list. Click the picture (if not already selected) from the list and click Ok.

That's it. Simple!!! Now just to find a picture.

A sensor in the fuel tank isn't working properly. Even though there are backup sensors, they want the main one to be functional when they lift off... they said that its been an issue since April (hello... what are they waiting for), but that it doesn't 'always' act up. Sounds like they won't get it fixed in time for tomorrow's launch window... (if they can, why didn't they fix it in April???)... I don't know - I'm no rocket scientist.

Thanks for the concern Stacey. I think I posted earlier in the year that I'd probably have to have back surgery. I scheduled the surgery for Oct. 11. So, I'll need LOTS of prayers & pixie dust that I'll be on my feet & well enough to cruise in May 06! This cruise will be my incentive!!! The nurse said that I should be ok - just no horseback riding, parasailing, etc. on excursion. No big deal. I hadn't planned on doing those things anyway since we have little ones. This will just be a relaxing cruise for us.

I've got two pictures you might like. Just right click and save them to your own machine and you can make them a wallpaper. Here is the first - Castaway Cay

Well, they're supposed to fit snugly, so they don't trip over their own feet, and you can see their feet point. So you have to custom fit them. I do think you can buy them pre-sewn though. Just wait until you get to pointe shoes. That's sewing elastic AND ribbons. I always poke myself sewing those.

Unreal - I had to do this when I wore ballet slippers and we will NOT comment on how long ago that was.

You'd think they would have improved them in these ......years

Bummer the launch was scrubbed - there's so many details to check and recheck and I'm sure they're being extra cautious in the return to flight...NASA's having a press conference at 4:30 EDT - it'll be on NASA TV or off their web site:

That's correct. Once you have a picture, then go to the desktop (basic operating system screen with no programs maximized) and right click anywhere on the screen. A dialog box opens, select properties, then background, then browse to the file or picture you want as the background. click OK, and its there.
