OK here it is Tuesday night...my house is still a wreck my laundry is still not done, tomorrow night is CJ's birthday so I cant pack on clean on the boy's birthday right??? So, that leaves me Thursday night to get everything cleaned and packed up before we leave directly after work on Friday. DO yall think its happening for me??!!??!!? LOL

Fran, take note of this post. This is a common theme here. It starts innocently enough. Soon laundry isn't done, housework isn't done, cooking consists of ordering pizza and then complaining when the pizza delivery guy interupts your DIS time.

Sometimes it's a slow process, sometimes it hits you out of the blue. WHAM!!!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Well, I have been home since midnight on Sat. night, and I'm tripping over suitcases on my way to type on this computer, 50 times a day.

Is there something wrong with ordering pizza for dinner every night, giving the kids a $20 to pay, and when the pizza man finally gets here, letting them all answer the door in their underwear becasue there is not clean laundry? All the while I am DISing??:confused3

Oh great thanks for the spit on my monitor!!!!!!:rotfl2:

Hey that is 3 TOPs in a row...what is wrong with me??:confused3 I have other duties I need to be tending to, yet all I can do is have mindless mundane chatter with myself on an internet BBB....

I had better type fast, now I am getting logged off! You bet I spend lots of $$$ on my dogs. Jesse, neutered male doberman, is almost 11. My boy has heart problems and visits his CARDIOLOGIST twice a year for an echo. That is over and above the quarterly regular vet visits for blood work to monitor his digoxin(sp) level from his enalapril, lanoxin, furosamide and rimidel. And then there is Sam, spayed female doberman, is 8 and she has liver disease. She takes ursodol, SAM-E,zinc and proin. When I retired with a realistic budget I forgot about the dogs!!!!!!!!!!! Magic and Wonder, my rescue cats, are healthy and young.

 I had kids WHY?? Jordan came out of dance at 6 pm....telling me she HAS to have a certain type of pants and tank top for a dress rehearsal for a show that I didn't even know about on Saturday...which I will miss as we are leaving Friday....

So....had to run to town AGAIN....we'd already been in for ballet slippers today. By going to town.....nearly an hour...one way. :headache:

We finally get home.....of course the first thing I do is side-step the ironing board (won't my clothes get wrinkled in the suitcase anyway??) and head for the computer.....no internet connection!:badpc: Might as well just cut off my right arm!

How big is that bench our be-hinds are sharing??? :crowded: :grouphug:

See you all tomorrow....if I can get all my office work done, the ironing, the packing...and sew the elastic on the new ballet slippers. No one told me I had to do that when I signed her up! CALGON! :boat:

Why do ballet slippers require you to sew on the elastic - I mean we pay enough for them.... I'm the one that always has to sew them on the night before the recital....:confused3

Doesn't make sense to me!!!!!

OH yeah Kevin or Jim, the GPS thing....I am very happy with it, but I am notciing that half the time, when I get to my destination( i have been experimenting) that it tells me the wrong side of the street. IE" Final destination on the right" when in all actuality it is on the left or vice versa. This is not everytime, only half the time. ANd another weird thing, I went to walmart the 1st night we got it, and i typed in walmart and it did not have one listed for Columbus the closest one was Atlanta? ANy ideas for me big fellas?? I went with the Garmin because I have heard it is better than the Magellan....

Sometimes I have found it to be about 50 ft off it's mark, which would means a location could be on the other side of the street. I have not checked into any "calabration" to see if it could be more accurate.

Kevin, what do you think? (which you may have already posted, I am a little behind).

A new side of Virgil! I have some sewing that needs done. Can I send it your way so you have something to do between patients? :flower:

Kevin, Big News! Speigel Grove is now right side up! :Pinkbounc

Dennis turned it right side up this weekend, something no one else was able to do. They have closed it to diving for a few days to check stability and put on new mooring balls. It will really be a great dive. We now have to dive it in August.

:flower1: Good morning cruisers! :flower1:

Happy Wednesday!

Staying home today. Not sure if I have some kind of stomach bug or what. Didn't feel good yesterday so came home a little early and didn't sleep well so I'm going to stay home and take it easy today. Now you'll know why if you see me on more than normal.

Or does he do the sewing while playing World of Warcraft?

Definately - the crew and all involved will be in our thoughts and prayers today.
