So Scubas, have you thought about buying a condo in Orlando, near WDW? Seems like you will be spending lots of weekends there!

And miss all the fun of driving I-4? ;)

I know what you are thinking....talk us into buying a condo in Orlando so when you move here you will have a place to stay while your house is being built! Nice try. :)

OK, DH and I couldn't hold it in any longer. We told DS about the cruise and all of the other '94's that were going to be going. I'm kind of glad the 'cat is out of the bag', but it's a little sad that we won't be surprising him (except that we might do a few pre-cruise days at WDW and definitely won't tell him that).

We might tell the kids when we get to WDW in June... (they don't know we're going in June - I'm not telling them til we're there and they figure it out.)

So, we may not need the story after all... I'll keep you all informed!

Just tell Elizabeth you meet me somewhere and found out I have a daughter going to middle school with her next year. I will introduce her to Lisa's friends KT, Nick, etc. However, I can't vouch for Lisa being able to keep much of a secret.

See how quick DW came up with that story. She is a natural story teller!

Sounds like the same story I would have told... so it's not just her...

Ooooh, I hadn't thought of that. Thanks Jim! It will be nicer than staying in the RV, since only one AC can be on at a time.

Karen...I thought of Mike & Sully, too.....that's funny.

Bubbles would work, but Pleakley would be hard to call out..."Here, Pleakley, Pleakley, Pleakley"
Jay wants to know why I want to name them. :confused3 He thinks "Kitty" works just fine.

Ohminnie...I hadn't thought of the "Stitch" connection. I did see in a catalog that you can get little glue-on claw covers.... Any volunteers to come help glue them on??
No, I'm not kidding!
Ya think there's any truth to the theory that if you trim their nails from the time they are babies, they get used to it, and LET you do it when they get older?

The kids went to the school dance tonight. It had a "Jamaican" theme. The campus cop was standing outside the gym with a knit cap and rasta braids. Too funny.
They had a "Name That Tune" contest and Jared won a CD case for identifying the theme from Indiana Jones. That's my Disney kid!!! :cool1:

Okay, I was just trying to think of when everyone will be at WDW. We will be getting in late on the night of June 6 (got AP Marriott through Priceline). Then on June 7 & 8 we are going to Universal and have one night at Hard Rock. After we finish Universal on June 8, we are moving over closer to Disney. COuldn't get any decent AP rates, so we will be staying off-site for the first time :sad1: . On June 13, we got a studio on points at OKW for our last two nights. So anyway, we are there from June 7-15. Who else will be there????
P.S. Our kids won't know we are going to WDW until we catch the plane in Albuquerque.

One more post here so I can make the magic number of 700 posts. Woohoo

Construction in the bedroom/bathroom is almost finished and I may be able to move back into my room this weekend. Now they will start on the hall bathroom next, not much in there except for texturing and tiling. Of course, my parents are coming into town on Sunday, and we will be down to 1 bathroom the first few days they will be here. No fun.

Pam

Boy, Pam, do I remember those days! We remodeled a few years ago. It took months. And months. All 5 of us in one bathroom. But we lived, and it was soooo worth it!

Stacey,

BTW, my parents that are coming, will be driving over from Arizona. I am still going to Tucson towards the end of June to take daughter to swim camp. Looks like we won't be going to the swim meet in Tucson, as it is the 2 days before we are scheduled to leave for WDW. There is another meet here in town, so I think we will just do that one.

Darn! I guess that would make it too hard to meet, since you'll only have a short time there/here....with your parents and all. And we aren't going to WDW until the very end of July.
Do you have any Disneyland trips scheduled??

Nope, no DL trips planned this year since we decided to go to WDW. I hate to say, we went to DL two years ago and I was disappointed. I love how they have done everything, but I just love going to WDW more.

I will touch bases with you the closer we get to swim camp. My folks should be living in Austin by then, I am just not sure how long I will stay in Tucson. Too bad we won't be at WDW at the same time

Good, maybe I will get a chance to come down for a mini-meet!

Mary! You have to work tomorrow.....today.....Tylenol Pm and back to bed you go!! :wave2: Cup of warm milk, maybe?

Happy Birthday, Matt......one hour early...from Arizona!

Jordan and her overnight guest, Katie, say hi and Happy Birthday, too!

Ahhh mom - do I have to go to bed? I'll be fine. When I can't sleep I often pop on for a 1/2 hour or so and then back to bed I go. It isn't often that you and I are on at the same time.
