Mary, I'm rooting for Laila and Jordin. It needs to be a girl's year, I think. I do think Melinda will win, and probably Billy Ray Cyrus!

Has anyone watched the Discovery channel series about the crab fishermen? Supposed to be quite "gripping". I forget the name, but I think it might be one reality show that Kevin would like.

Jim, I'm curious too. What will Matt be doing this summer? And will he get paid, or just fed?

I am sure Jim will come up with a Dive Trip or Bike Trip or Marathon to use the extra cash on.

Or, we can save it for my trip.

Matt will (hopefully) be working as a counselor for the Church Camp the kids and I attend each summer up in Michigan with my family. This is the week Jim enjoys a week at home of peace and quiet.

He will get paid (something). I think Matt is great with kids, so this should actually be a fun summer for him. He has a week off in the middle of the summer and will probably spend it with his cousin Andy (slightly younger than Matt) and spend whatever money he has earned. They will probably go to Cedar Point, etc.

hummmm, Discovery channel, nope, the TV Antenna does not pick up Discovery Channel, but in another few years, it will be on PBS....ask me then,,,,but it does pick up the GATORS.....

Official Jack update for today.....
he had just a bit of trouble overnight but did well with Heliox (helium and oxygen together) So.....drum roll please.....they transfered him out of the ICU onto a regular floor!!!! Mike doubts he'll come home tomorrow unless he's doing SUPER DOOPER good, and it'd be ONLY b/c it's his birthday. If he even looks at them wrong he's staying in longer. Better to be safe than sorry!

Just reminiscing, our very first WDW trip was an early May trip. It was Flower & Garden time, stayed in the Epcot area. Had a beautiful water view room at the Beach Club for nine nights, sprang for the Gold Plan or whatever it was called in 1999. It was loverly.

I'm already thinking ahead to next February. If Jordan makes the Varsity dance team, they'll go to Nationals in Orlando. I'd have three choices....go with the team as a chaperone headache: ).....go on my own to watch goodvibes )....or not go at all.
