Jordan saw HP last night and loved it. She said she cried, but won't tell us what part it was. Of course, she and the boyfriend didn't invite any of us to go along........
Jay & Jared went to the last of Jay's softball games for the summer, and Megan and I went to Rubio's and then home to watch Monk.

Jared and I are heading to Omaha on the 24th to visit family. Jordan's mad that she can't go, she'll be at dance camp at NAU that week.

Jay gets to stay home (his choice) and babysit the dogs.:dog2: :dog:

I should post a picture showing how big Bo is getting. He's starting to look like a completely different dog now.

I cried at the HP movie too. White text: It wasn't that emotional of a scene, it was just kind of beautiful and sad. We loved HBC in the Bellatrix role. Not that we loved Bellatrix, just thought the actress was perfect. And the girl that played Luna certainly looked the part!

Alicia is working this weekend, today and tomorrow. Kevin is at Blue Hole taking a technical diving instructor class. Guess I should work too!

Garry, that sounds like great news! Taking a WDW trip in the fall to celebrate?

Stacey, enjoy your trip. Dance camp at NAU sounds like fun for Jordan.

If I'm this bad with a dog, imagine how bad I'll be when I'm a Grandma!

Bo at about 8 weeks:

And Bo today, at 14 weeks:

Garry....good for you!! But that doesn't mean that you can go work twice as hard on the farm!!

GaRry - why not retire before winter hits. Than on those cold winter days you can just stay home where it is nice and warm! That's what I would do. :grouphug:

Now wait just a doggone minute! I KNOW I typed it right the first time! :confused3

No fair using your higher power to mess with a menopausal mind!

Another beautiful Chicago day. Today, we did a few of the Chicago must-sees...

Blue Man Group - good time, great music and even my mother enjoyed it. The kids got a picture with one of the Blue Men following the show, but we don't think it worked on my mom's cel. (That's what you get for handing a cel phone technology challenged person (me) a cel phone... Followed by dinner at Ed Debevics - wise cracking, smart mouthing, 50s diner. The kids had a ball.

I have a headache, off to find the Ibuprofen...

Wow, Stacey! Bo is cute!!!! He's cuter now than at 8 weeks old, IMHO. ;)

We had a busy busy day....
4:15, Mike takes KT to church to catch the camp bus. I'm up for awhile after that but finally fall asleep and sleep until 7.

8:30....drop off Nick at Mike's dad's house. Mike's sister took him to King's Island. We hang out there for a couple of hours and talk.

10:30....head home. Pick up a couple of things, then onto Easton.

11:30....eat lunch at Potbellys.....yummmmm...

12:45....go see "License to Wed." Decent movie. Love John Krazinski. First grown up movie I've seen in a theater in....ages.

3:00....go to the Gap's "remodeling" sale and find a table that will be PERFECT for the scrapping area I want to create in a corner of the playroom. 66inches long, 30 inches wide, 33 inches high. Make offer on said table ($35*) and they accept it.

3:20-4:00....drive home to pick up Mike's truck b/c table will not fit in my Camry.

4:10...measure the inside dimensions of Mike's Highlander and no way the table will fit (legs don't come off)

4:20....call neighbor with a minivan and ask to borrow it.

4:30-5:00...help neighbor clean out minivan (she has a son--carseat, toys, etc) and does marketing (paperwork, suitcases, samples, etc)

5:05....head BACK to Easton

5:40.....get table into minivan....find out that the other shelf system that would have been AWESOME to go with the table has been sold. :(

6:30.....Arrive home (AGAIN!)

7:45....leave to pick up Nick from Mike's dad's house.

10:15....arrive home....AGAIN!

*table ended up costing $75 b/c we put $40 worth of gas into the minivan, plus I totally vacuumed the thing out. Neighbor's dh saw it and said "it hasn't been this clean since the day we bought it!" :lmao:

Off to bed for me!!!

U TOP....shared with....well, too many people to list!

Having a fulfilling day: PRICELESS ;)

I think he's cuter now because he's going potty outside, learning "sit" and "no" and "down" and isn't chewing on my furniture any more!
