I can't guarantee instant posts tomorrow, but you can have one tonight from Champions Sports Bar.

Matt and I had to leave the room so Lisa could get her hair done and head to bed. We just happened to stumble into this sports bar which is show both the NHL and NBA games.

Even though we went to the Arabian Nights show Matt has just eaten a pork sandwich and ordered desert.

Gymnastic is tough on us all. Having to sit here in a sports bar and work is tough....actually getting up at 5am because lisa competes at 8:00 am will be tough

I'll pass along your good wishes to both Lisa and Bugs.
