NOOOO. I LOVE the bandaid! And it will always be a great reminder. Okay, so it wasn't great at the time, but someday, you can show it to his bride and say "This is the time when he....." Even Jay remembered that Nathan was the one who had the run-in with the mechanical horse. That IS what happened, isn't it?? Darn those margaritas in Rockin' Bar D.....still messing with my memory!

And....is that a Star Trek bandaid?? How cool is that??

Hi all,
I have been reading along but busy busy busy with Alaska planning and work and life in general.
Have some final plans to make for the Batmitzvah and need to get the invites back and in the mail before MIL arrives in 12 days with her words of wisdom and opinions etc
3 weeks till our relaxing vacation at the beach and my parents have now decided to join us for the whole week with my sister and my neice and my MIL and clever Aubrey is staying at home!!!

Had to go back & check Nate's bandaid. Stacey, you've been without little ones for too long. That looked like a Wiggles band-aid to me. I'd be happy to send you 2 little girls so you can get reacquaint with what's "in" for the little ones.

That almost sounds like you want to come here when I'm NOT home. We don't have any plans to go anywhere at all for the rest of the summer. Of course, my kids go back to school on August 10th. Not much of a summer.

I had my first (and hopefully LAST) exposure to the Wiggles while waiting for the tender in the BV Theatre... makes me soooooooo glad that my kids are older!!!! I'd rather poke myself in the eye with a sharp stick than be subjected to THAT again!!!!

(Granted, when my kids we little, they had the most annoying 'Old McDonald' video that they would watch over and over and over and over... but at least it let me get a nap!!)

I've always taught Erin that "hate" is a bad word, but I can honestly say, I HATE the Wiggles. So annoying... I was glad she never really got into the show. Sirius has a channel called "Kidstuff" that plays music for the pre-school set, and when Erin used to listen to it, we used to joke that it should be renamed Sirius Wiggles (OK, maybe that'd be a bad choice ) because it seemed that every other song was by the group from down under. UGH!

Thankfully, Erin's graduated to Radio Disney (which sounds much better on satellite than it does on AM!), so no more Wiggles for us. Thank GOODNESS!

One morning by the goofy pool, I sat and watched the Wiggles - sort of mezmerizing in a cute sort of way - but, then again, I was subjected to Teletubbies when Maggie was a toddler.
