I have been looking forward to this park since the beginning! This is my favorite park because my favorite ride is here....TOWER OF TERROR!!!! Ok, I'm getting ahead of myself...
Calm down, calm down....he he he he hoooooooooo...... Whew!!!
OK, let's start from the beginning.... I didn't not want to sleep too late because I knew the park would be busy. I had been reading about the crowd level on here and it was making me nervous! After we get ready and gather up all my electronic gear, we head out the door! I just have to stop and say how GORGEOUS POR is!! WOW!!!! The mill with the bridge...super beautiful!!! After some pictures of that, we make our way to the bus stop. I really enjoyed the walk, I the seating area outside the lobby is beautiful.
We get on the bus and there is hardly anyone on it. I'm thinking to myself YAAAY!!! maybe there won't be big crowds??? HA!!!
When we get to the park it looks like cattle being herded into a barn. There are people everywhere!!!! No worried....I'm at Disney World.
The first thing we did was make our way to Toy Story Mania. When we get there the wait time is 60 minutes. ugghh.... We get a fast pass and decide to come back later. There was no way I was standing in that line (ok, remember that for later). As soon as we get our FP we head over to RRC. My husband has never ridden this before. I had to ride it by myself on our honeymoon and I couldn't get him to ride with me. I don't know what made him change his mind but for some reason he volunteered!!! The line was pretty long, I guess. Is 40 minutes a long line for RRC?? The whole time were in line he kept asking me about the ride. He was terrified! I loved this ride before and I was really looking forward to it. When it became out turn, we packed all of our goodies away under his legs and made sure everything was secure. I love how the ride starts....it feels like your face is being pushed back!! I love it!!! During the whole ride he didn't make a sound!! NOT ONE!!! I didn't know if he stopped breathing or if he fell out! I, on the other hand, didn't care for it too much this time. I recently had abdominal surgery, and it was a little too rough. If it hadn't been for that I think I would have enjoyed it a little more. When we got off the ride DH was reeeeeally quiet. I finally asked him what was wrong and he said he was terrified!!! Awwwwwwwww, poor boy!
We had lunch ADR's at Sci-If so we decided to go that way. I had been looking for a certain kind of Minnie ears and I really wanted to find them early in the trip. I was getting really sad because nobody had them. We walked past a litle stand and I decided to look there. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! They had them!!!!!! YAAAAY!!!! I was sooo excited. I didn't even care how much they cost, I was just so glad I found them.
The thing I love about HS is the funny skits they do in the middle of the "streets." There was a skit going on so we stopped for a few minutes to listen.
The outside of Sci-If is super neat! I love the theme of the restaurant. This was high on my list as far as things I was looking forward to. After we gave them our name it was just a few minutes before we were seated. We were seated in the backseat of a car near the back of the restaurant. The atmosphere was super cool but it was almost too dark. They had lights at the tables but it was hardly enough.
I was sooo hungry and I could have eaten anything on the menu! i decided to get the chicken sand which with the tomato stuff. YUUUUUM!!!!! Oh my! It was super tasty! For dessert I had a chocolate milkshake. YUUUM again!!!!!
After lunch we went over to Star Tours. I must be crazy but i don't remember ever riding this??? It was super fun!!!!! We rode it three times in a row!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!! We also did the Backlot Tour. That was neat too. For some reason I always thought it was an actual tour that you had to sign up for....like KTTK Tour. Ha! I was wrong!
By this time it was time for us to use our FP for TSM. I always feel bad for "passing" when I use a FP. Some people don't know they exist and they look at you like you're crazy..... When you get inside it's super neat looking!! The larger than life toys is super cool and the game boards on the ceiling are way too neat! The ride was sooooo much fun!!!! It was a little difficult but who cares! We loved it!!! Too bad the line was so long.
After TSM it was FINALLY time to ride the TTH!!!!! YAAAY!!! I was super excited! My husband dosen't like to "fall" so he decided to wait on me at the exit. I felt like everyone was staring at me wondering why I was by myself. I was seated next to a young girl and her mother. I brought my camera with me so I could get a shot of when the doors open. I was really looking forward to that but my husband didn't want me to take my camera with me. I won!!! I took it with me

I wasn't sitting in a really goo seat for that, but i was able to get a picture i was happy with.
Our next stop was the car show. Lights Motor...I can't remember the rest. We got there about 5 minutes before the show was due to start. For some reason they started 10 minutes behind??? I always thought Disney stuff started on time. It was a pretty neat show and the secret at the end was fabulous!!!!
We had a little time to spare before pour next ADR so we decided to check out the Indiana Jones Stunt show. I'll keep this brief...we did not like it. It seemed very amateur and it wasn't very entertaining.
By then it was time to eat....again!! Didn't we just eat?? We had ADR's for 50's PTC. This was another thing that was top of my list of things I was looking forward to. The atmosphere is too funny and when we walked in I felt like i was visiting someone's house. It was super cool! We gave them our name and went into the living room to wait for our name. When they called this cute little old man took us to our table. I was just so in awe of the theme I was barely paying attention to anything else. I ordered the fried chicken and it was super tasty! The collard greens could have been shredded more but they were ok. The mashed potatoes were yummy though. The "entertainment" of people getting in trouble was hilarious!!!! For dessert we had the ice cream with everything. i forgot what it was called, but OH MY!!! I bet 5 people could have shared it!!
Since HS closes at 7 by the time we were done eating the park was closed. There wasn't anything for us to do except go back to our room. Before leaving the park we hung out around Echo Lake for a bit while I videoed and took some pictures. There was hardly anyone there so it was neat seeing the park so empty.
When we got to the bus stop there wasn't anyone in line. I thought that was a bad sign...that a bus must have just picked up. BUT it was not even 2 minutes later and here comes a bus!! I was sooooo tired, stinky, and hot!! I just wanted to sit down and relax. The bus ride was so soothing. It almost put me to sleep every time I rode it.
Once we got back to our hotel, I downloaded my pictures from the day.....all 731 of them...and started working on my book. My husband just watched TV ....it was so great to not have to do anything. Both of us were exhausted so laying int he bed was super nice and relaxing. They beds were so compfy!!!!
Now, I hope you enjoy some pictures from the day.....
