Day 4:
We made our basic breakfast and then my mom decided she wanted to join me, so my run turned into a morning walk. We went towards four season this time to explore.




The path ends.

The secret cove.

I went a little farther out.
Then we decide to walk around Four seasons to try for paradise cove... I really want to see some seals or turtles... still nothing... some day.


We head back to our room and get my son.
We are heading to next Auntys Beach House. Soo excited we got him in. So when I bring him down, I found out I had to fill out all the paper work again, even though I filled it out already and printed it out. Ohh well. My son acts a bit scared at first but they chat with him while I fill out the digital paper work and get him to smile and giggle. By the time I have to leave my son is happy to go in. Man disney knows children soo well. This is where we say good bye. He will be here for an hour and half in the free program.

They do not take pics in the free program part but this is what he made. I forget what it is called but it is for dancing. My son had mostly a good time at it, he had a disagreement with another child and they did call me about it but said he is good. So I like that they do that. My son does not do well with change and has trouble regulating his emotions. I would highly recommend Auntys Beach House, they did such a great job with my son. Ohh also know that you need to wear a mask in here still, which I love but I know can be an issue for some.

I showered and shopped while my son was here.

Good luck!!!! I never had a desire to do more than half. And after 16 years, Im starting to find that desire waning….LOL

So after showering while my son was in auntys we went shopping. Not the best pics but here is what we got.

So in the pic two ornaments one for me and one for mom. 2 pins again one for mom and one for me. A magnet.
I also bought this lovely fanny pack.

Also a got this great frame.

No shirt I was loving though, I am not a spirt jersey fan and I like soft feeling shirts. We drop off our stuff then head out to pick up marcus.
We get back to the room and get everyone looking all cute, because it is time for our character brunch. We did a 11 am, the last group time. We picked this cause we wanted this as our lunch. So we called this our brunch.

So an issue... we found out trying to use the elevator right before 11am when everyone is leaving after the holidays is an issue. We had so many elevators come and were full with all the people leaving and their suitcases. We finally just grab an elevator going up, to then be able to go back down. As we are walking up and I get call from them and tell them we are almost there and we were held up just trying to get an elevator. They said okay and yeah that can be an issue around this time.
We check in and they take us to Mickey!!!
Ohh do I loove that we can hug again!

We are seated outside covered area since it is misting.
The place is pretty empty. Which is great! We get lots of space and interactions with the characters.
Our waiter was very nice and we ordered our food and drinks. We decide to go big and get pineapple drinks!




We get out bread and my dad gets the gluten free bread. The bread tatse good including the surprise hit is the gluten free bread. My dad kept raving about it!

Ohh my gosh we got some much interaction time with them. Since there were very few tables they really spent time with us.

They hand us our fruit plate while characters were coming around. The fruit was good and fresh.
I love how they had this guy coming around singing to us. It really sit the mood .
Breakfast is served. My son grabbed the mickey waffle so quickly I missed the 3 mickey waffles. He looved them. This is the only place to get mickey waffles on property.

Next husband got the local moco. My husband says it is heavy but yummy and u have to try it at least once.

Next the Kuala pig omelet. Both my parents got ir and looooved it!

I got the macadamia pancakes.

It looks best with the sauce, this sauce is heaven. I want it on everything!

More charcter interactions! So many. My son was living his best life, getting the personal attention of chip and Dale.



Had to get more drinks!


We had such a great brunch. We highly recommended. I am hoping buffet next time, but if not this was still great and we were very we full.

The nut leis came from the dvc party.
Also u can get them from disney luau too.

Loving the new merch. Sadly no shirt I liked when we went either. I can totally see you rocking that fanny pack @DisneyMountainWoman!! It’s BOLD but you can totally pull it off!

@SueInBoston they have the kukui nut leis at the ABC Store across the street too. We actually got both black ones and natural brown ones on this trip to Maui (one at checkin and one at the luau) so we have quite a collection going now LOL

Next we change into bathing suits and head to the pool for some more swimming.
We are disbounding lilo and stitch.

In the afternoon spots start opening up for seats so we are able to find some loungers and get our bands.

Mom looks very nice in her swimming outfit.



My husband is playing with my son so I head to the hot tub for a few mins. Wow this place is gorgeous!

Then switch.


I talk my son in trying one of the slides. He was scared and there was this girl who was a little older than him saying she was first scared too but this slide is really fun and not scary at all. Without that little girl I do not think we would have made it up that slide. The wait was like 10 to 15 mins. My son loved it!!!


And we had to go again. Lol.
We went a few more times. No pics of it and then my son wanted to go around the lazy river. It is cool how the slide and connects u to the lazy river and u do not even need to get off the tubes. Again sorry no pics here since I did not have my phone since it was not water proof. The lazy river is very nice. Not nearly as lazy with a five year old that is constantly directed u, lol.
Then we headed up our room for drinks and food.

At some point during the day today we met Goofy and max. I am wracking my brain to figure out when in the day but cannot figure out. So I am just going to put them here.

My son just looooves Goofy. My son is just as Goofy as him so I think that is why. My son meets him every chance he gets.

We go up and eat some dinner. We are super full so we are just eating leftovers and food from costco nothing exciting.
But mom does make a great drink using the pinnaples! The waiter told us to keep them in the freezer so we can use them later.


We watched the luau with our drinks. We are living our best life.

We were feeling like some disney desserts and popcorn, so we head down to the Cafe before it closes.
I get a macadamia cookie, my son gets the marshmallow.



Cookies good marshmallow sucked, I tried to warn my son but he did not believe me and did not like it and ate half my cookies instead.
Luckily I got the popcorn. As a dvc member after the first time I get it, it is free.

We sit down at pool chairs to watch story time at the pool. I really love how there is all these little touches everywhere at aulani. So we eat our desserts and popcorn while getting story time with Uncle.

Then we head to bed.

Today we wake up and do our normal basic breakfast in the kitchen.

Then we head out to Kualoa ranch today! My son is a dinosaur nut so we had to go here. Our tour starts at 9:15 and they suggest to get there about 45 mins early.
We booked jurrasic adventure tour.

The drive was easy. It was a pretty drive but i may have fallen asleep.
Then we made it! Wow this place is gorgeous.


I may be having fun. We go and check in and next of course we shop.
My son finds the dino toys of course.

I love how they have movie props in the store too.


We head outside and explore a bit more.

Dinos are every where!
And then we see a goat wandering around.

Apparently this goat is not suppose to be wandering around. The staff spotted him and ran after him, where we saw the goat jump back into his fenced in area with other goats. Lol. It looks like we have a goat escape artist.
My son is in heaven with all the dinos everywhere.

So in the area we had to wait they had a TV show playing Camp Cretaceous, which is the kid Jurassic world show that my son loves. So we chill out in the shade and wait.

Then it is our time to go, this is our ride.

They do an offical picture with the photographer.

And we are off!!

First stop is WWII bunker, it has props from a lot of different movies. My son was not impressed... he wanted dinosaurs, lol.

I was excited for Jumaji!



Ohh first full pic of me, anyone know who i am bounding from Jurrasic park?

Lost props, there were a lot more props for other movies or TV shows but these are my favs.

Now some Jurrasic World props! My son is finnally happy.

Heading out to our next spot the views are soo pretty. Also a sneaky pic of my parents. Lol

Our driver is soo nice and friendly. She does such a good job talking to us the whole time.


Then we go to one of the only spots filmed in Jurrasic Park, the rest is in Kaui.

Our guide has a tremendous she uses for pics, soo fun! She sets them up great!

My son was loving the tree, so the guide let him hold the tree while driving! My son is now soo happy.

Next we head to the platform they made for Jurrassic World movie where it is the big gaint ball ride.
Here it is below.


Next movie spot for Jurrasic world 2, this is the bunker, that lava flows over.
Now here is the sucky part.... even though we are booked on the jurrasc tour, they did not stop here. They said it is only included in the atv tour which we could not take since our son was to young for it. Soo a little grumpy but at least our guide new we all wanted to see it so she drove very slow through it for pics. So instead they have us stop at this place which ended up being cut from the movie....blah.

But they do have where Chris prat had to run away from the lava. The guide talk about funny stories of how many times they had to run, up and down this mountainside.





So our guide had us to our own slow motion run down the hill to get the same feeling!

Now we head to a different part of the ranch, I love how she adds in real history too for us. Man the views are pretty.
