Does anyone know if they do the Illuminations dessert party on the 4th of July at Epcot?

Along with the new changes, it may very likely be offered nightly, year-round.

Nope.

In fact, since this thread has been dormant since early November,
the idea in my original statement may or may not be happening.
These things change all the time.
