We are currently in the planning stages for July next year. We are looking at arriving mid morning on 4 July which is a Monday.
Is it likely we will be able to enter DL at this time due to crowds? Would we better arriving the night before if we could make it work or even spending the day at DCA instead?
Any idea of what we could expect on the days following? We are leaving in an international flight very late in 8 July so would have up to and including most of that day.
