Last year they did the Cookout with preferred viewing for $10.
With the cancellation of the fireworks this is not an option, they are still doing the cookout and entertainment at Citywalk, but are they still charging the $10
 
I think i read on someones post universal would have fireworks but you would not be able to see them from islands or citywalk.

I know Universal are having fireworks [need to be in that park to see them]and the 360 show, and IOA is open till eleven .
But the COOKOUT and entertainment at Citywalk, which was sectioned off last year and cost $10 for tickets, are they charging for it this year.
 
Just got an email that said:

"CityWalk BBQ

Celebrate Independence Day with live music, street performers, and down home cooking (separate purchase) from 5:00 to 9:00pm. All CityWalk venues will be open throughout the day."
