4th Fast Pass at Epcot

What are your experiences with getting a 4th fast pass at Epcot on a Tier 1 attraction? Right now I have my 3rd fast pass expiring at noon, so I am hoping I can get another crack at either Test Track or Soarin for my party of four during our trip in February.

I've never had luck for my party of four but we usually travel during summer and thanksgiving. Maybe February will be better or you may just get lucky if someone cancels and you check at the right time. Can't hurt to try!

We always go during slow times and never really have a problem getting 4-5-6 fast passes (baring the "hot rides" of course- frozen, mine train, toy story, etc). Granted one day we were at Epcot and we could not get a 4th fastpass for anything. Figment was sold out! It was nuts. But the park didn't seem crowded at all.
