Hawaii is the only hold out. They aren't sure if this has ever happened before. Wow, that's a lot of snow in a whole lot of places. Unfortunately we don't have any here in Mexico City (although if Florida gets snow, then I suppose anything is possible).

That article would be more impressive if it didn't include the states that ALWAYS have snow this time of year.

Or mentioned that parts of big states that have snow in other parts do NOT have snow...for instance, sitting here in western WA with a forecast of the 50s all stinkin' week long, and we didn't even even a flake of snow in areas that aren't mountainous. Darnit all! The mountains have snow, that's normal. I'm sure the eastern side of the state has snow, that's normal. But we here do NOT have snow. And it would count more if we did, b/c it would be out of the ordinary!

I'm sure this makes no sense. I just...bought DH and DS snow boots/shoes this year for Yule, being SURE it would snow this year and it has NOT! Darnit!

I haven't seen any snow here in Florida (about an hour north of Orlando), but I can't speak for the northern part of the state. I'm starting to worry that the Daytona 500 will be called because of snow on Sunday, though.

OH WE are happy......I hate snow...hahahha...but the leftovers are bad too. Will be happy when mud season comes and goes too.....that is usually the beginning of May.....then comes black fly and mosquito season...Hopefully summer will be in there someplace.......hahaha.....that is Maine for you
