We have 486 points at the Disney Boardwalk Villas for rent from 1st June 2003 to 31st May 2004, asking $4860. If deal is closed including payment in full by 31st December 2002, the price is $3900. In either case, we'll provide a simple contract electronically or by FAX promising we'll make arrangements for reservations and such, and noting the buyer understands the rules about cancelling within 30 days, need for independent travel insurance, and so forth.
