I have just received an email from Complete Orlando saying that they are now offering the 42% off offer for 2011. I realise that some of you have already booked this offer for 2011, but the advertising suggests that the offer is 'New'. I wonder if this 'new offer' is being advertised because Disney is about to launch the same offer...?:confused3

This offer has been on there for several weeks now. I got a quote from them back in April. I keep checking the Disney site for the same offer, but so far it's not on there. I'm waiting till the end of May and if Disney are not offering the discount by then I'm going to go ahead and book with CO

I realised it had been available for a while but they hadn't been sending out advertising emails about it, had they?:confused3 With this sort of advertising, I don't see how they could not honour bookings - this was something a lot of people seemed worried about when booking with CO, rather than Disney.

I hope so :thumbsup2

I've been checking the WDW uk site on a daily basis waiting for this offer to come out.

There is just something that I am not completely happy with, with CO.:confused3

Just a gut feeling maybe:confused:

I could be mistaken, but seem to recall that it was a little later in the year last year when the 42% offer came out with Disney UK. Maybe someone who booked as it came out can confirm or correct me.

I must be honest I was concerned about CO but after speaking to them on the phone and emailing they were so helpful that I have taken the plunge and booked. I felt a lot happier when I realised they were affiliated to Attraction Tickets Direct who have been around for a long time. Must be some reason they get the same deal as Disney and nobody else does??

It's odd that they have the offer before Disney but I can't see how they could fail to honour the deals they're advertising. Perhaps someone who knows about trading laws could shed some light on it.

I also was a bit nervous of booking with Complete Orlando, because 2011 will be my first DIY holiday, however they offered the excellent price at Deluxe Villas Resort - Saratoga Springs with free dining. Their customer service is excellent and they've dealt with email queries very promptly - cant fault them so far. I have already received my Disney 12 digit reservation number, and been on the disney website which confirms my booking!!
Therefore confident I've made the right choice with Complete Orlando.

Hi CJC, I have also booked SS DDP with CO and found my 12 digit reservation number. I went on Disney.co.uk, onto manage my booking, entered the number and my surname but it came up red and said there was a problem. Am I doing this right? :confused3 TIA Debs x

Disney.co.uk site is for bookings made through Disney UK only, as far as I know. You need to log onto www.mydisneyreservation.com to use your 12 digit number. Now I don't know how CO is classified by Disney, but when I had trouble by clicking "booked though a travel agent" I rang the tech support no. and they told me because of the way we buy our UK tix I had to click "booked through a group or convention". I did this and everything came up just fine. You may need to try both. It asks you how you booked on the web page. ;)

CO also given me my reservation no. and I have a question. It shows we are 2 adults and 2 children; my children will be 10 and 11 so should it not show as 4 adults? Need to make sure I get correct dining credits!!!

:yay: done it!! Thank you, it says you can check in with 10 days of arrival, I've not done this before, what are the benefits and do you think I would be able to request the Congress Park area at this point? TIA Debs x

If you have adult park tickets for everyone on your booking, you will automatically get adult Dining Plan for everyone.

We have just come back from WDW on Saturday, we had a walk over to SS from Disney Village, it is absolutely beautiful, the photos I've seen don't do it justice, I am really giddy and its 14 months away yet!! Just hope we can get some decent priced flights! Debs x

Yay!

I took the plunge too, and got my Disney reservation number the very next day. Works perfectly on their website.

Have booked Old Key West, 6th-20th August 2011. What dates have other people booked? Maybe we can organise a DIS meet?

Carl

We are there 4th Aug - 18th Aug 2011!!! Just hope the weather will be ok and not toooo busy!!!! Debs x
