417 DVC points for rent, any resort...home resort is Saratoga Springs

Hello, I have 417 Points for rent. I am asking $15 pp. If you are currently a DVC member I can transfer the points to you. All other Transactions for nonmembers through paypal. My home resort is Saratoga Springs. 17 points need to be used by end of 2017 other 400 point by end of 2018

Do you need to transfer all 400 points or will you transfer less? I am DVC Or if I take all 400 will consider less than $15 a point?

Home Resort: You can book your arrival as far out as July 29, 2018 for a stay up to August 5, 2018. Online booking opens at 8:00 AM ET.
Non-Home Resort: You can book your arrival as far out as March 29, 2018. Online booking opens at 8:00 AM ET.

No i am not a dvc member. I am looking for a studio date: 02/28-03/09 for 2adults and 3children ( probably the polynesian) or beach club.
